This page sets 7 ai chatbot platforms side by side on what each provider publishes — free plan, channels supported, ai on entry paid plan, standard entry price — as at 2026-09-24. For a Singapore small business choosing an AI chatbot or customer-support platform, which vendors offer a free plan, what channels does each support, what AI comes with the entry paid plan, and what is the standard ongoing entry price? It does not rank them or say which is right for you; it lays out comparable facts so you can judge against your own needs. Promotional and intro prices are suppressed; the standard ongoing rate is shown.

Where these figures come from

Each row is taken from the provider's own published information, current as at 2026-09-24:

  • Intercom — intercom.com
  • Tidio — tidio.com
  • Zendesk — zendesk.com
  • Freshchat — freshworks.com
  • Crisp — crisp.chat
  • Chatbase — chatbase.co
  • Gorgias — gorgias.com

What this page cannot tell you

  • Prices are the vendor's published standard rate as at 2026-09-24 and change often.
  • Global tools; pricing models vary (per seat vs per resolution vs per workspace vs per contact/ticket) and are not directly equivalent line for line.
  • Several vendors publish only an annual-billed rate; the effective monthly figures shown for Intercom, Tidio, Zendesk and Freshchat reflect an annual commitment, and separate month-to-month rates were not published.
  • For Intercom, Zendesk, Freshchat and Gorgias the AI agent is billed per resolution/session in addition to the base plan, so the entry price is not the full cost of AI usage.
  • Gorgias entry-plan figures were confirmed from Gorgias's own site because its /pricing page renders prices via JavaScript that could not be read directly; the monthly-vs-annual basis of the US$10 Starter price is not disambiguated on the official static content.
  • ManyChat was excluded: every official manychat.com URL returned HTTP 403 (bot protection), which was not bypassed, so no figures could be verified from its official site.
  • Currency for Crisp is inferred from the '$' symbol shown on its English pricing page; regional/EUR variation was not established. Freshworks localizes pricing by region and the USD figure is from its global page.
