AI image by LocalRankBuying a server, a stack of switches or a firewall for an office is a different exercise from shopping for a laptop. You need the right configuration, a supplier that can quote against a specification, and ideally someone who can install and support what arrives. The Singapore resellers below all sell business-grade servers, networking and storage, and each was checked against its own website for what it actually offers. They range from value-added integrators to master dealers and general suppliers. Use the list to shortlist two or three, send each the same written requirement, and compare the proposals on scope, support and warranty terms rather than headline brand names alone.
1. Datacom Enterprise
Datacom Enterprise describes itself as an end-to-end IT solutions provider serving corporate, education and government customers. Its site has a dedicated data centre range covering servers, racks, storage, UPS and networking, listing brands such as Synology, HPE, Cisco and APC, and it names partnerships with HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Synology and APC. It also sells its own TOUGH server racks and says it handles installation, rack mounting, cabling and relocation. The site states that enquiries receive a reply within one to two business days. A sensible pick if you want hardware supply and physical installation from one company rather than separate vendors. Its site also lists asset disposal and relocation, so it can cover the end of a hardware lifecycle too.
2. Sancro
Sancro says it has been an IT solutions partner since 2018, and its site serves Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Dedicated product pages cover servers, where it lists Dell EMC, HPE, XFusion, Lenovo and Cisco, and network switches, which it describes as ranging from unmanaged to fully managed with Layer 2 and Layer 3 options. Its storage page covers block and file storage, software-defined storage, backup and replication, and disaster recovery. It also offers IT support and security services. Worth shortlisting if you want a smaller integrator that quotes servers, switching and storage together and can keep supporting them afterwards. Its site lists a weekday office, so enquiries are best made during business hours with your specification ready.
3. Ascenxus
Ascenxus positions itself as an ICT infrastructure and security solutions provider and says it delivers consultancy, deployment and maintenance. Its systems page lists rack-mount servers, chassis and blade servers and unified computing systems, alongside virtualisation and Windows Server. Separate pages cover traditional and software-defined storage with data protection, local and wide area networks, and perimeter and network security. The company describes its work as spanning design, build and operations across the technology lifecycle, and its site carries a 2026 copyright notice. A fit for organisations planning a larger refresh who want one partner across compute, storage, network and security. Because the partner brands appear only as logos, ask for the specific manufacturers behind any proposal in writing.
4. Sysnet System and Solutions
Sysnet says it has been a one-stop technology provider in Singapore since 2004. Its server hardware page offers sales and support for several brands, naming HP, IBM, Oracle, Lenovo, Dell, Nutanix, NEC and Fujitsu, and describes tech-refresh, operating system upgrade and application migration services. A separate network page covers design, setup and support, including firewall installation and administration, and names Cisco, HP, Linksys and D-Link among the brands it supports. The company also runs managed IT services and a helpdesk. Suits businesses with mixed or ageing multi-vendor estates that want one supplier to refresh and then maintain the hardware. Its brand lists describe the equipment it supports, so confirm which makes it can currently source new.
5. Teckart
Teckart calls itself a technology master dealer for network and storage products, selling through an online catalogue with categories such as switches, access points, routers and security gateways, cameras and network video recorders. Its brands page names Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Synology, Aruba and others. The site says it serves SMEs, hospitality and dormitory network projects, and it offers RMA, warranty registration and a reseller programme. Customers can collect from its warehouse at Sim Lim Square during stated opening hours. Best for smaller networking projects where you know the product you want and prefer a catalogue supplier over a full integrator. Because the range leans towards networking, confirm separately if you need rack servers or higher-end enterprise storage.

6. Jubilant Tech
Jubilant Tech presents itself as an enterprise IT hardware supplier and system integrator headquartered in Singapore, serving customers across Asia Pacific. Its site lists servers from Dell, HPE, Lenovo and Supermicro, AMD EPYC processors, memory and storage components, networking equipment, and annual maintenance contracts. It describes itself as an AMD Elite APAC Partner and says it responds to quote requests within 48 hours. Its product interest form lets buyers request servers, memory and storage, or networking equipment. Particularly relevant if you are specifying server hardware component by component or sourcing AMD-based systems and want a supplier that works from written requirements. It lists Singapore contact details and a WhatsApp channel, and quotes are requested through its enquiry form.
How to choose
- Write a one-page requirement before you request quotes: number of users, applications, expected growth, uptime needs and any compliance obligations. Send the same document to each supplier so proposals can be compared fairly. Vague briefs tend to produce vague, hard-to-compare quotations, and they leave room for mismatched hardware.
- Ask each reseller to state which manufacturers it supplies and in what capacity. The words partner, authorised and certified should be backed by the manufacturer's own partner locator or a document you can see. Suppliers describing a relationship on their own site are making a claim worth confirming before you rely on it.
- Check what happens after delivery. Ask who installs and configures the equipment, who handles faults, and whether warranty claims go through the reseller or the manufacturer. Hardware supplied without installation or support suits in-house teams, while smaller businesses often value a supplier that will also rack, cable and configure it.
- Confirm the product is new, current stock and sourced through official channels, not parallel or refurbished units, unless you are deliberately buying refurbished. Ask for exact model numbers, included licences and support entitlements in writing, since two servers or firewalls with similar names can differ substantially in what the purchase covers.
- Plan for lifecycle, not just purchase. Ask about firmware updates, spare parts availability, end-of-support dates and how old equipment will be retired or wiped. A supplier that discusses these openly is usually thinking about your next three to five years, while one that only discusses the unit is thinking about this order.
