Pallets are easy to overlook until a shipment is waiting on the dock and the ones you have are cracked, the wrong size, or not accepted by a buyer overseas. Singapore has makers of new wooden pallets, firms that sell reconditioned or used stock, suppliers of plastic pallets and crates, and pooling providers that rent pallets instead of selling them. This guide picks eight whose own websites describe a pallet or crate offering, and summarises what each says it does. Every description is attributed to the company, so read it as a starting point, then ask for a written quote that names the size, load rating and treatment you need.

1. Yat Guan

Yat Guan is a pallet and crate maker with a Singapore branch in the Kranji area and a second branch in Johor Bahru. Its site lists new, customised and recycled wooden pallets, recycled plastic pallets, boxes, cases and crates, industrial crating and packing, ISPM-15 heat treatment and pallet repair. The enquiry form asks which service you need, with options for pallet repair, plastic or steel pallet sourcing, heat or fumigation treatment and events support, and the site also carries an AI chat assistant for quote requests. That spread makes it a practical first call for a business that wants wooden pallets, a repair route for damaged stock, and a crate builder for awkward cargo. Confirm lead times and treatment markings directly.

2. XCEL Industrial Supplies

XCEL Industrial Supplies describes a full pallet range on its website, covering new, used, reconditioned and custom-made pallets, with in-house ISPM-15 heat treatment for wooden packaging headed overseas. It also lists crating, packaging supplies, just-in-time delivery and warehouse management, plus end-of-life pallet repair, recycling and upcycling, and says its team includes packaging engineers and on-site logistics staff. For a company that wants one supplier to cover pallets, crates and the packing materials around them, that breadth is the draw. The site publishes a phone line, a WhatsApp number and a marketing email, and its contact page offers a route for enquiries. Ask which grade of pallet suits your load and whether treatment is included in the quote.

3. Kai Beng Wooden Case Mfg

Kai Beng Wooden Case Mfg lists crating, packaging, heat treatment, machine moving, project logistics and warehousing on its website, and a May 2025 article on the site explains how it approaches wooden pallets. The article says it makes custom pallets for oversized, fragile or heavy goods, tailoring size, weight capacity and treatment, and that its export pallets are built to meet the ISPM 15 heat-treatment and marking standard. It operates from Tuas, its locations page also lists a Malaysian entity, and the contact page uses an enquiry form where you can choose Singapore or Malaysia and the service you want. It suits shippers with non-standard cargo who want pallets, a crate and packing from one supplier. Ask for the specification in writing.

4. MKE Timber Solutions

MKE Timber Solutions sells timber and plywood, and its product page lists plywood cases built to the ISPM 15 standard, wooden cases and crates in standard or custom sizes, and new and reconditioned pallets that can also be made to order. Beyond materials, its site describes heat treatment, on-site packing of equipment, vacuum packing, machine moving and transport, and warehousing with container stuffing and unstuffing. It also mentions carpentry work for homes and offices. The address shown on its pages is on Lok Yang Road in the Tuas area, and it publishes a sales email and two phone lines. This is a sensible option when you need a mix of custom crates and reconditioned pallets, not only standard stock.

5. Gee Hoe Seng

Gee Hoe Seng is first a recycling and waste-collection company, and its website says it has operated since 1992, but its online shop also sells wooden pallets and plastic pallets, and a product page lists used wooden pallets in Euro and US sizes. Because pallets sit alongside its collection and recycling services, it may suit an office, warehouse or F&B operator that already deals with surplus materials and wants reusable stock from the same contact. It lists a base in the Paya Ubi industrial area, a WhatsApp button and a phone line, and says enquiries are answered within three working days. Check the condition, load limit and any treatment markings on used pallets before ordering in volume.

6. Loscam Singapore

Loscam is a pallet pooling provider, meaning customers rent pallets and containers instead of buying them. Its Singapore page says the company was established in 1994, positions it as a preferred pooling partner for manufacturers and retailers here, and links Singapore to a regional network for palletised shipments. The product range on that page includes wooden and plastic pallets, pallet cages, collars and lids, fresh produce crates, retail-ready formats, bins and IBCs. The enquiry form lets you pick sales, pallet pickup, customer service or a general question for Singapore. Pooling usually makes more sense for repeat flows between known partners than for one-off sales, so ask how collection, damage and returns are handled before you commit.

7. LHT

LHT presents itself on its website as a wooden pallets and crates manufacturer in Singapore. Its product menu lists pinewood pallets and crates, pest-free IPPC pallets and boxes, plastic pallets, RFID-tagged pallets, technical wood and do-it-yourself pallets, and wood-waste disposal, while its services include heat treatment, industrial packaging, logistics support, pallet design and testing, and RFID pallet rental. The site also links to an online store and a contact page with an enquiry email. Its footer shows 2026 but the newest dated news items are from 2022, so ask directly about current ranges. It is worth a call if you want to compare buying outright against renting tracked pallets, or need pallet design and testing.

8. Toyogo for Business

Toyogo is better known for household storage, but its business site lists plastic industrial pallets, including export-use models in blue, black and green, heavy-duty and racking sizes, alongside categories for security crates, trays, crates and baskets. A business-account option offers wholesale pricing on bulk orders, and the site says it delivers islandwide, with extra charges for Jurong Island, Sentosa and the Central Business District. It lists a WhatsApp contact rather than a phone line, and some pallet lines show as sold out, so stock can change. This route suits a small business that wants plastic pallets or crates ordered online without negotiating a custom run. Check the dimensions and load rating against your racking before buying.

How to choose

  • Start with the use. Export loads, racking, food areas and one-way shipments call for different pallets, so describe what moves, how heavy it is and where it ends up, then ask each supplier which type and grade it would recommend and why, rather than choosing on price alone. A cheaper pallet that fails under load costs more than it saves.
  • Ask about treatment for wood. If pallets or crates are going overseas, ask what heat treatment or fumigation the supplier provides, how it is marked, and whether repaired or reconditioned pallets are re-treated. Get the answer in writing, and check the requirements for your destination with the importer or shipping agent before the goods are packed.
  • Compare new, reconditioned and used stock. Reconditioned and used pallets cost less to buy but vary in condition. Ask to see a sample, the stated load limit and exact dimensions, and whether any repairs have been made. Also check whether the supplier will collect pallets you no longer need, which can offset some of the cost.
  • Consider renting through a pooling provider if you move pallets between regular partners. Ask how pickup, damage, missing pallets and returns are handled, what the contract term is, and whether the pooled pallets fit your racking, conveyors and the forklifts or pallet trucks your partners use.
  • Request a written quote that names the dimensions, load rating, material, treatment, quantity, delivery and lead time. Ask whether the supplier also builds crates or repairs damaged pallets, because one supplier handling all three is often simpler to manage, and a single point of contact makes it easier to resolve problems when something goes wrong.
