AI image by LocalRankBusiness IoT in Singapore covers a wide range, from Bluetooth tags that locate tools in a warehouse to sensors that watch switchboard temperatures, bin levels or air quality across a building. The seven providers below were each checked against their own websites, and they differ a lot in focus: some sell a platform, some integrate hardware, and some bolt IoT onto engineering or security work. This is a shortlist, not a ranking. Match the provider to your use case, ask for comparable project references, and confirm hardware, connectivity and dashboard ownership in writing before you commit to a pilot. Always compare at least two quotes.
1. Overdrive IoT
Overdrive IoT is a Singapore company that sells an all-in-one platform combining asset tracking, GPS monitoring, sensors and cloud dashboards. Its site lists ready-made solutions for airport operations, waste management, smart toilets, equipment monitoring, personnel tracking, fleet management and school bus monitoring, alongside custom software and API integration work. The company says it was founded in 2015, holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and has tens of thousands of devices connected, though those figures are its own and we have not verified them. It suits organisations that want a single platform across vehicles, equipment and facilities rather than separate point tools for each. Ask for a walkthrough of a live dashboard in a similar sector before agreeing scope.

2. Intensecomp
Intensecomp describes itself as an RFID and IoT solutions provider focused on asset management, real-time tracking and automation. Its asset tracking page sets out three location technologies, Bluetooth Low Energy, passive RFID and ultra-wideband positioning, and a software dashboard called Inventrack that sits on top of them. The company names manufacturing tools, IT equipment, medical equipment, construction gear and safety equipment as typical assets. It also mentions a subscription model for BLE tags, though you should ask for current terms directly. This is a practical fit for firms that keep losing or searching for shared equipment and want a tagging system chosen to match the accuracy they actually need. Request a small proof of concept in your own premises to judge tag accuracy.

3. I.O.T. Workz
I.O.T. Workz focuses on industrial IoT, offering smart sensors, edge computing, custom industrial PCs and connectivity work covering LoRaWAN, RS485, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cloud integration. Its website highlights projects in facilities management, including an indoor environment monitoring system for MRT stations delivered with SBS Transit, and healthcare work for Yishun Health covering wheelchair tracking, disinfection control and monitoring of temperature-sensitive medication storage. It also lists solar energy monitoring dashboards. The firm positions itself around smarter factories, buildings and healthcare, so it is worth shortlisting if you need bespoke monitoring for hard-to-reach or connectivity-challenged spaces rather than an off-the-shelf product. Ask which of the listed projects most closely resembles your own site, and request a comparable contact.
4. Power Technologies
Power Technologies describes itself as a manufacturer and distributor of sustainable solutions and an integrator of industrial IoT monitoring. Its core offer is predictive, non-contact thermal monitoring: its site lists PTSenR wireless temperature sensors, partial discharge monitoring, distributed temperature sensing and VizionEye monitoring software. Services include consultation, thermography and partial discharge inspection, system upgrades and round-the-clock technical support. The company says it works with airports, data centres, hospitals, power grids, telecommunications operators, water facilities and building services. It is a relevant choice where the main risk is electrical equipment overheating or failing, such as switchgear and critical power rooms, rather than general-purpose asset tracking. Confirm which sensors are its own products and which come from partners, since its site lists both.

5. IOT Energy Solutions
IOT Energy Solutions concentrates on the electrical side of building IoT. Its website lists energy management and monitoring, smart metering, IT and M&E services integration, smart switchboard manufacturing, switchboard over-temperature alarms, commercial space automation and building energy-efficiency solutions. It says its clients include commercial buildings, factories, hotels, offices and M&E projects, and that it brings more than 25 years of mechanical and electrical experience, a claim we have not independently verified. The company is a sensible option when your goal is to see where power is used, wire meters into a dashboard and add alarms to existing switchboards, rather than to deploy a broad sensor network. Ask for a sample dashboard and which meter brands it can connect to before you sign off a scope.
6. V3 Smart Technologies
V3 Smart Technologies is a Singapore-based mobility and IoT company whose own site describes fleet, workforce, artificial intelligence, IoT and cloud robotics offerings. Its IoT enabler range covers fill-level sensors for bins, Bluetooth beacon tracking, automated weighbridge systems and a smart waste management platform, all running on its V3Nity software engine. The company says it serves construction, logistics, facilities management, municipal services, healthcare and enforcement users, and cites over 5,000 clients, a figure we have not verified. It is strongest where bins, vehicles, workers and sites need to be tracked together, particularly for cleaning, waste and logistics operations rather than for general office buildings. Request a demonstration of the V3Nity dashboard using data resembling your own operation, and ask how sensors are installed.
7. LKH Precicon
LKH Precicon is an industrial automation firm that also sells an IoT remote monitoring offer. Its solutions page describes a system built on low-power wide-area networks, NB-IoT and Sigfox, with a visual dashboard and alarm settings that send SMS or email alerts. The company markets it for monitoring unmanned or isolated areas without a site visit, and as a lower-cost alternative to 3G or 4G monitoring. It lists manufacturing, electronics, chemical, construction, biomedical, healthcare, government, education and hospitality among its sectors. Ask about network coverage and sensor types before relying on it, since the page describes the approach more than specific projects. A natural fit for plants and facilities wanting simple remote alarms. Ask what hardware ships with a typical installation, and who services it.

How to choose
- Start with the problem, not the sensor. Write down whether you need to find assets, monitor environmental conditions, track energy or keep equipment from failing. Asset tracking, switchboard monitoring and waste-bin sensing are different disciplines, and the providers here lean towards different ones, so a clear brief makes shortlisting much faster.
- Ask for references in your own setting. A system that works in an open warehouse may struggle in basements, lift lobbies or plant rooms with poor signal. Request examples of comparable deployments, and check what connectivity, such as Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT or Bluetooth, the vendor proposes and who maintains it afterwards.
- Clarify who owns the data and the dashboard. Find out whether you get raw data access or an API, whether integration with your existing building, ERP or maintenance system is included, and what happens to your history if you leave. Platform lock-in is the most common regret in IoT projects.
- Run a small pilot first. Ask for a limited trial on one floor, one fleet or one production line, with agreed success measures such as alert accuracy or asset find-time. Confirm in writing what hardware, installation, subscription and support charges apply at scale, since quotes are usually project specific.
- Check security and support. Connected devices widen your network exposure, so ask how devices are authenticated, how firmware is updated and what the vendor's data security practices are. Also confirm local support arrangements, response expectations and spare-part availability, because sensors that go quiet silently defeat the purpose of monitoring.
