AI image by LocalRankA CRM only helps if it matches how your team actually sells and serves customers, which is why many Singapore SMEs bring in a consultant instead of configuring HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Dynamics 365 alone. This list covers implementation partners that set up, customise, migrate and integrate CRMs, rather than the software vendors' own sales teams. Each entry is based on what the firm publishes on its own website, so treat partner tiers and service lists as claims to confirm. Use the platform each firm works on as your first filter, then ask for a scoped proposal from two or three firms before committing.
1. Woven
Woven describes itself as a Singapore HubSpot partner and says it holds Diamond tier status. Its site lists HubSpot implementation, onboarding and training, integration with other business tools, data migration, custom reporting dashboards and post-launch support. It also lists integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Xero, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, which may matter if your CRM has to sit alongside existing systems. The firm says it has in-house certified professionals and describes its solutions as bespoke rather than templated. It also offers marketing and design services, so check that you are being quoted for the CRM work alone. A reasonable fit for companies that have already chosen HubSpot and want a local team, though ask for similar-sized references.
2. Huble
Huble is a HubSpot agency that calls itself an Elite tier partner and says it has offices in several countries, Singapore included. Its site describes HubSpot CRM implementations, sales and revenue operations, customer service set-ups and ongoing support after go-live, and it recently publishes material on CRM migration and HubSpot's AI features. Huble presents itself as suited to complex, multi-team deployments, so smaller SMEs should ask whether the scope and team size will suit a simpler rollout. It says it keeps working with clients beyond launch to refine how go-to-market teams use the system. Worth shortlisting when your CRM needs integrations or covers sales, marketing and service together, provided you confirm who would staff the Singapore engagement.
3. Brew Interactive
Brew Interactive is a Singapore digital marketing agency that also offers HubSpot CRM implementation. Its HubSpot page describes work across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, covering email campaigns, lead generation, pipeline management and sales automation, and says it is a HubSpot Diamond partner. The firm's wider site lists SEO, content and paid advertising, so it suits businesses that want the CRM wired to their marketing activity rather than treated as a standalone project. Its site also mentions Productivity Solutions Grant support for eligible companies, but grant rules change, so verify eligibility with the relevant government agency. Ask which team members would run your CRM project day to day, and whether CRM is a core service for it.
4. CRS Studio
CRS Studio is a Salesforce consultancy that says it was founded by former Salesforce staff and has been a Salesforce partner since 2014. Its website describes CRM set-up and customisation, workflow automation, Tableau analytics, MuleSoft integration and AI features, and says it focuses on SMEs and non-profits, including donor and volunteer management. It lists entry-level quick-start packages, so ask what each one includes and excludes before comparing quotes. Recent blog posts on its site discuss practical AI questions for Salesforce users. A sensible shortlist candidate for smaller organisations that want Salesforce's depth but need a partner used to modest budgets and lean internal teams. As with any partner, ask to see examples of similar Salesforce projects it has delivered, and who stays involved after launch.

5. Red Airship
Red Airship is a Singapore digital product and innovation firm that also acts as a Zoho partner, and its site calls it an authorised Zoho partner. Its Zoho CRM pages describe a kickstart service covering planning, design, set-up and customisation, a consultation service for assessing specific use cases, custom integration with third-party software, and migration from spreadsheets, CSV files, databases or another CRM. Its wider work spans AI and app development, so it can suit businesses that expect to build beyond a standard CRM configuration later on. Confirm its Zoho partner listing on Zoho's own directory, and ask who on the team handles ongoing support once the project is delivered. Its location is stated on its site as Chinatown.

6. Walkerscott
Walkerscott is a Microsoft partner that says it was established in 2011 and runs a Singapore office serving ASEAN. Its site describes Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementations, Power Platform apps, contact centre tools and integration with Outlook and Teams, and it says it targets small and mid-sized businesses with a structured, pre-configured delivery approach aimed at faster go-live. It also implements Business Central ERP, so it can cover both customer and finance systems if you want them linked. It states that it holds ISO 27001 certification. A natural option for firms already working in Microsoft 365 who would like their CRM to sit inside that environment. Ask what is included in a fixed-scope package and what counts as extra.

7. Shyphan
Shyphan is an IT solutions provider that says it implements Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and custom software, with a Singapore office in the Central Business District. Its Singapore Zoho page describes CRM, Books, People and Creator implementations, data migration from tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot and QuickBooks, Singapore GST configuration, training and ongoing support. It says it is a Zoho Premium Partner and points readers to Zoho's official partner directory, which is the right place to check that claim. Because the firm works across several platforms, ask it to explain why it recommends Zoho for your needs. Suitable for SMEs wanting CRM and accounting set up together, but confirm who delivers the work and where they are based.

How to choose
- Start with the platform, not the consultant. Decide whether HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Dynamics 365 suits your sales process, budget and existing tools, then shortlist firms that work on it. A consultant who recommends their own platform without comparing alternatives is giving you a sales pitch, so ask why they favour it.
- Verify partner status yourself. Tiers such as Diamond, Elite or Premium are claims on the firm's own site, so check HubSpot's, Salesforce's, Zoho's or Microsoft's partner directory. Also ask which certified individuals will actually work on your project, because a company badge does not tell you who does the configuring.
- Ask for a written scope before any quote. A clear scope lists which hubs or modules are configured, how many users, which data is migrated, which systems are integrated, how many training sessions are included and what happens after go-live. Vague proposals are where costs and disputes tend to appear later.
- Check fit with your company's size. Some firms describe enterprise, multi-team deployments while others stress SMEs and lean budgets. Ask for a reference or case study from a business of similar size and industry, and speak to that client about delivery, communication and how support was handled after launch.
- Plan for adoption and ownership. A CRM fails when staff do not use it, so ask about training, documentation and handover, and who can change fields and workflows afterwards. Confirm you own your data and admin access, and that your contract covers support, as well as any grant eligibility the firm mentions.
