AI image by LocalRankMoving an office from a tired key system or ISDN lines to VoIP can cut cabling, let staff take calls on mobiles and laptops, and make it simpler to add a desk when you hire. The catch is that Singapore suppliers differ a lot: some host the phone system for you, some install and maintain on-site equipment, and some mainly advise while a carrier supplies the lines. The seven providers below are Singapore companies whose own sites describe business phone work. Each entry sets out what the firm says it offers, so you can shortlist two or three, ask for written proposals, and compare them against your own headcount, sites and existing handsets.
1. Teligraph Business Systems
Teligraph Business Systems calls itself the official Yeastar distributor in Singapore, and its site says the company was founded in 1988. Its services page lists PABX and key telephone systems, voice mail, door phones and access control, CCTV, and voice, data and fibre cabling, plus installation, relocation and maintenance of PABX equipment. It also lists maintenance of Panasonic PBX systems and Panasonic proprietary telephones, which may matter if you run an older Panasonic setup and want it kept going rather than replaced. Its home page names Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Mitel and Jabra among its partners and describes it as a Zoom Phone certified integrator. A mix of legacy support and newer IP systems suits offices changing over in stages.

2. VOIP.NET.SG (UPON)
VOIP.NET.SG is run by UPON Pte Ltd, and its footer describes the company as a Yeastar certified partner in Singapore. The site centres on a hosted Yeastar P-Series cloud PBX, which it says runs on Singapore-based AWS infrastructure and works with a Linkus softphone app on desktop, mobile and web. It describes multi-device extensions, auto attendants, call queues, call recording, CRM integration, video meetings and AI-assisted features such as call transcription. Its onboarding steps include choosing a SIP trunk provider, and it publishes a number porting guide and offers demo bookings. That structure may suit small and growing teams that want a ready-made hosted system with desk phones and apps rather than a bespoke on-site installation, and who value a documented porting process.

3. Biztech Group
Biztech Group presents itself as an enterprise-focused technology integrator, with business phone systems as one solution among CCTV, access control, structured cabling, digital signage and managed services. Its phone page describes cloud unified communications, on-premise IP PBX built on Cisco, FreePBX or Yeastar, hybrid setups, and Microsoft Teams Phone through Direct Routing. It says it provisions SIP trunks, ports DDI numbers, and supplies and configures Cisco, Yealink, Poly and Grandstream handsets, then offers managed support afterwards. The page describes Biztech as a Cisco certified partner and says it can design for offices of roughly twenty people up to regional estates, including multi-country dial plans. That breadth may suit IT managers planning a Teams-centred or multi-site rollout.
4. SecureAX
SecureAX describes itself as a Singapore cloud and managed IT company, and its Cloud PBX page presents a hosted phone system aimed at replacing an office PBX without new hardware or wiring. According to the page, staff can take calls on a laptop browser, a smartphone app or Yealink desk IP phones, and features include multi-level IVR, call queues, call recording, voicemail-to-text, call reporting and ring groups. It says it helps customers onboard MyRepublic Business SIP trunking and Direct Dial In numbers for the system. Because the same firm also lists managed IT, hosting, email and cybersecurity services, a small office could keep its phones, network and cloud accounts with one supplier. The site names several corporate and public-sector logos among its clients.
5. OIT
OIT, short for Outsourced Information Technology, is a managed IT support firm that handles business phone setups as an adviser and integrator instead of a line reseller. Its Cloud PBX page says it does not resell VoIP lines or earn from recommending a carrier, and that customers sign up directly with the operator it suggests, after which OIT helps with setup and ongoing support. It names MyRepublic Cloud PBX, Microsoft Teams Phone and Fanvil desk phones, and publishes questions to ask a provider, such as whether it is a facilities-based or services-based operator and what its number porting terms are. That neutral stance may suit offices wanting independent advice, especially serviced-office and CBD tenants.

6. MyRepublic Business
MyRepublic Business is the corporate arm of the broadband operator MyRepublic, and its Cloud PBX page describes a hosted phone system that MyRepublic operates and maintains, so a company does not buy or house its own PBX. The page lists features including conference calls, music on hold, call recording, voicemail, automatic call distribution and unlimited internal extensions, notes that some features such as interactive voice response carry extra charges, and mentions a Talk for Business softphone app and a web interface for changes. The same site also lists business voice, SIP trunking, Teams Calling and IDD rate pages. It positions Cloud PBX for multi-site operators such as retail chains and malls, which may suit businesses that already take, or are considering, MyRepublic connectivity.
7. Win-Pro Consultancy
Win-Pro Consultancy is an outsourced IT support firm that also sells and supports 3CX phone systems, which its site describes as software PBXs that can run on a cloud host, a private cloud account or a local Windows or Linux machine. Its 3CX page lists mobile apps, web conferencing, call centre reporting, WhatsApp and SMS handling, and links to CRM and Microsoft 365, and it also mentions Yealink SIP desk phones and MyRepublic Business SIP trunking. The firm says it has served Singapore and Malaysia businesses since 1993 and also sells hardware, cabling and cloud services. That makes it a candidate for offices that prefer a software-based phone system maintained by their existing IT provider.
How to choose
- Decide first whether you want a hosted service, an on-site IP PBX or a hybrid. Hosted systems cut hardware and suit multi-site or hybrid teams; on-site systems give more control but need maintenance. Ask each firm to explain why its model fits your headcount, building and growth plans.
- Check who actually carries the calls. Some firms resell a carrier's SIP trunk, others run their own platform, and some only advise. Ask which operator is behind the service, what happens during a carrier outage, and who you call first when voice quality drops or calls fail.
- Plan number porting early. Ask whether your existing direct-dial numbers can move, whether your current contract or ISDN lines must end first, and what the cut-over day looks like. A written porting plan with a rollback option matters more than any headline feature list.
- Think about handsets and apps. Confirm which desk phone brands are supported, whether your existing phones can be reused, and how mobile and laptop softphones behave on poor Wi-Fi. Test a pilot extension, plus any call recording, queues, IVR or Teams integration you rely on.
- Compare proposals line by line. Look at what the monthly fee covers, how extra extensions, call usage, recording storage and support hours are billed, and what the exit terms are. Ask for written service levels, where call data is stored and the minimum contract length, and get every answer in writing before signing.
