AI image by LocalRankInvoiceNow is Singapore's national e-invoicing network, built on the Peppol standard, and GST-registered businesses are being asked to move onto it in stages. To join, a business connects through an access point provider, often by way of accounting or ERP software that already speaks the format. This list gathers eight companies named on the official InvoiceNow access point register published by the Infocomm Media Development Authority, with each description drawn from the provider's own website. Accreditation wording is theirs, so check the current register before signing anything. Read each entry for the route it offers, then use the tips below to shortlist two or three and ask for a demonstration.
1. Sodainmind
Sodainmind is a Singapore company whose site presents it as an approved Peppol access point offering e-invoicing tools tied to the InvoiceNow framework. Its pages describe access point connectivity, links between ERP systems and the network, and automation for processing supplier invoices. Its articles walk through the practical steps of sending outbound invoices, receiving inbound ones, mapping invoice fields to the Peppol BIS 3.0 format and validating data before submission. The company says it supports small and medium enterprises as well as large ones. This suits a business that already runs an ERP and wants a local access point to connect it, rather than moving to entirely new accounting software or a separate platform.
2. DataPost
DataPost is a Singapore document-services business best known for hybrid mail, document processing and secure printing, and its site also lists e-invoicing under IMDA's InvoiceNow framework. The page describes DataPost as a certified access point and says businesses can connect to other organisations without migrating their existing systems, with the aim of getting paid faster. It also mentions features such as SG QR code generation and payment files compliant with ISO 20022, which are its own descriptions. The wider customer base it cites is banks, insurers, government bodies and utilities. That makes it a fit for larger or document-heavy firms wanting InvoiceNow added alongside existing statement or billing workflows, and its site notes Singapore headquarters.

3. Deskera
Deskera is a business software company, with a Singapore entity, that offers accounting, CRM and payroll modules in one platform. In its own article on InvoiceNow, Deskera describes itself as a member of the group of certified access points and solution providers on the Peppol network, and explains that invoices pass directly from one finance system to another in a single digital format. It frames the benefits as faster payment cycles and less paperwork, aimed mainly at Singapore SMEs, and invites readers to start with a free trial of its software. This suits small businesses that would rather keep bookkeeping and e-invoicing inside one cloud product than join the network through a separate vendor.
4. Link4
Link4 is a Singapore-based e-invoicing provider whose site says it was accredited by IMDA as an e-invoicing service provider and certified as a Peppol access point in 2019, and that it holds ISO 27001 certification. The site also mentions training sessions and AI document-capture tools. It offers two routes: a Peppol connection for businesses with accounting software, and InvoiceExpress, a browser portal for creating and sending invoices without an ERP or cloud accounting package. Its site lists integrations with Xero, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, Sage, NetSuite, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, among others. It names SMEs, accountants, bookkeepers and government suppliers as users, so it can suit both a one-person firm and an accountant managing several clients.
5. SESAMi
SESAMi (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a Singapore company, and its InvoiceNow page describes the company as an IMDA-accredited access point provider. The page sets out three ways to connect: a web portal for smaller senders, a second package aimed at smaller GST-registered businesses, and a direct API or SFTP link for companies that want invoicing sent straight from their own finance systems, including larger ERP set-ups. It says the service covers business-to-business and business-to-government invoices for GST-registered firms of any size. This suits a company that expects to outgrow a simple portal and wants a path to system integration later. Confirm which tier applies to you, since its pages show several, and ask about support.
6. Zetta Solution
Zetta Solution is a Singapore software company that lists InvoiceNow services in two parts. Its access point service is described as a gateway for sending and receiving e-invoices on the Peppol network without heavy IT work, while its solution provider service builds InvoiceNow capability into a client's finance, ERP or inventory software. Its page says onboarding starts with a demonstration call, after which the team checks whether the business is already registered on Peppol and guides it through setup if not. The site also carries a PSG pre-approved solutions section, so eligibility should be confirmed with the company. Support runs via a contact form and Telegram chat, it says. It suits businesses wanting hands-on help with registration and integration.

7. J & P Consulting
J & P Consulting is a Singapore firm that implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and develops add-on tools for it, alongside digital trade and automation work. Its website says it is accredited both as a Peppol access point provider and as an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider, and describes the service as helping businesses streamline invoice processing and connect securely to the InvoiceNow network. It lists partnerships with Microsoft Power Platform, Jet Reports and Continia, and says it has built more than twenty industry add-ons. This is most relevant to growing companies already on Business Central, or weighing it, that want the ERP and the e-invoicing link from one consultancy. Its site gives separate sales and support contacts for clients.

8. Billbay
Billbay is a Singapore digital-solutions company that describes its InvoiceNow offer as Peppol for everyone. Its site lists a Peppol access point connecting to partners in more than forty countries, API and middleware connectivity for existing systems, a dashboard for monitoring document exchange, and Ignite Alfa, a lightweight ERP with accounting, sales, quotation and purchase modules and InvoiceNow built in. It positions the ERP as a starting package for new Singapore businesses, and says orders and responses can be exchanged as well as invoices. This suits a young company with no accounting system yet, or an established one wanting connectivity through a smaller local provider. It lists a sign-up page for new accounts and a contact form for enquiries.
How to choose
- Confirm access point status on the official register before you sign anything. The Infocomm Media Development Authority publishes and updates a list of InvoiceNow access point providers, and company websites describe their own standing. Check the provider's name appears there, and ask whether it acts as the access point itself or reaches the network through a partner.
- Work out whether you need a standalone connection or a full accounting package. Businesses already on an ERP or cloud accounting tool usually want an access point or integration that plugs into it, while firms without software may prefer a portal or bundled product. Ask which route matches how your invoices are created today, before comparing anything else.
- Check which accounting or ERP systems the provider connects to, and whether your current software already offers InvoiceNow itself. Some packages include a built-in connection, which can make a separate vendor unnecessary. Ask for the integration list in writing, and confirm that your customers and suppliers can be reached through the same network.
- Ask what onboarding and support look like in practice. Registration on the network, testing with a real customer and fixing rejected invoices all take time from a small team. Find out who guides setup, how queries are raised, and whether help is available during Singapore business hours rather than only by email ticket.
- Verify any grant or funding claims directly with the government source and the provider. Transition support for eligible businesses has conditions, and a provider's mention of pre-approved status does not guarantee your own eligibility. Ask for current pricing and contract terms in writing, since this list deliberately leaves fees out and they change over time.
