AI image by LocalRankOutsourcing customer calls can free a small team from ringing phones, cover evenings and weekends, or add language coverage you cannot hire for in-house. Providers in Singapore range from large contact-centre groups that run many agents across several channels, to small virtual-receptionist services, to a newer group of AI voice assistants. The eight below are companies whose own websites describe inbound support, helpdesk or call-answering work, and each entry sets out what the firm says it offers. Use the list to shortlist two or three, ask each for a written scope and a trial period, and test how they handle your hardest calls before committing to a longer contract.
1. TDCX
TDCX describes itself as a global customer-experience partner with a strong footprint in Asia. Its customer-service page lists support across voice, live chat, email, social media, in-app and messaging channels, plus AI chatbots, knowledge bases and web self-service portals, and says it offers multilingual customer service alongside agent-assist AI tools. Its about page names e-commerce, fintech and banking, travel, gaming, healthtech and technology among the industries it works with. This reads as a provider aimed at larger brands that want a managed omnichannel team with a technology layer, rather than a small answering desk. The pages we read published no Singapore address or phone number, so ask early about Singapore-based seats, language coverage, onboarding steps and how your account would be staffed.
2. Connect Centre
Connect Centre calls itself a multi-channel outsourced contact centre founded in 2004 and run as a social enterprise that creates jobs for ex-offenders. Its site says roughly forty percent of its workforce are ex-offenders and names Yellow Ribbon Singapore and the Singapore Prison Service among its partners. Its solutions page lists shared and customised contact-centre models, hybrid AI and human support, and omnichannel handling across phone, social media and web live chat, with multilingual support for Singapore and global audiences. Industries it names include engineering, healthcare, telecommunications, facilities management and financial services. Buyers who value the social-enterprise angle, or want a Singapore operator offering both shared and dedicated team options, may find it a natural fit.
3. Antasis
Antasis Pte Ltd describes itself as an outsourced customer-experience provider, with its Singapore headquarters in Bukit Merah and further offices in Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. Its home page lists phone, email, live chat and wider omnichannel support, says multilingual coverage and round-the-clock availability are offered, and claims more than twenty years of experience. Beyond customer support it also lists back-office administration, CRM and business intelligence, HR and payroll, and facility and IT services, which suggests a fit for firms wanting one vendor to take on both front-line enquiries and supporting paperwork. Ask which languages and operating hours apply to the Singapore team and which would be served from its regional offices.

4. inCall Systems
inCall Systems says it operates a 100-seat contact centre in Singapore, backed by affiliated centres elsewhere in the region, which it presents as a way to scale up. Its customer interaction page lists inbound services around the clock, web response support, after-hours support, two-way SMS with email reporting, and interactive voice response. It describes inbound work such as call handling, enquiries, order taking and bookings. The same company also sells database, lead generation and appointment-setting services, so it may suit businesses that want inbound handling and outbound outreach from a single supplier. Because seat counts and hours are the company's own statements, ask how many agents would be dedicated to your account and whether after-hours cover is staffed in Singapore.
5. Outpost Outsourced Services
Outpost Services Pte Ltd calls itself a business process outsourcing company based in Singapore. Its call-centre page lists phone, WhatsApp and email support, and the site also offers virtual executive assistants, personal assistants and healthcare virtual assistants. It says its virtual staff are primarily from the Philippines, that English is the main working language, and that coverage can be arranged for business hours, after hours, weekends or around the clock. The company states that it follows ISO 9001:2015 standards when handling confidential information, which is its own statement rather than a certificate we have seen. A small business wanting to hand off first-line calls and WhatsApp messages to an English-speaking offshore team is the likely fit; confirm how scripts, escalation and data access are handled.
6. Servcorp Virtual Office Phone Service
Servcorp is best known for serviced and virtual offices, and its Singapore phone page describes a live telephone answering service with a dedicated receptionist who answers calls for your business. The page says the service is offered in English and Simplified Chinese and names Singapore centres at CapitaGreen, Marina Bay Financial Centre, The Metropolis and Suntec Tower Three. This is a different proposition from a contact centre: the appeal is a human voice answering for a small firm, rather than queue management, ticketing or large agent teams. It may suit consultants, start-ups and overseas companies that need a professional front line in Singapore. Check opening hours, how messages and transfers reach you, and whether answering can be bought separately from a virtual-office package.

7. AllCall AI
AllCall AI, operated by Mahtani Pte Ltd, is a Singapore-based AI answering service rather than a staffed call centre. Its site says it answers calls around the clock in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil, with each language on its own line using local accents, and lists dozens of further languages. It works over WhatsApp calls on an existing number or a dedicated or forwarded phone line, rings the business owner first, and takes a detailed message or transfers the call when it cannot resolve an enquiry. It may suit small businesses missing calls after hours who are comfortable with an automated agent; those with sensitive or complex calls should test it first and ask what call data is kept.

8. Ah Va
Ah Va is an AI phone and WhatsApp assistant operated by Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd and aimed at Singapore service businesses such as clinics, salons, tuition centres, food and beverage outlets and fitness studios. Its site says it answers calls in English, Mandarin and Singlish, handles WhatsApp messages and appointment booking, and follows up with customers. It describes itself as built for Singapore, citing local vocabulary and accent recognition, PDPA compliance and data residency in Singapore, all of which are the company's own claims. Treat it as a booking-and-enquiry assistant for appointment-led shops rather than a replacement for a trained team on complex complaints, and ask for a trial using your real call types before relying on it.

How to choose
- Define the work before you request proposals: inbound questions, order taking, bookings, technical support or after-hours messages. A large contact centre, a small answering desk and an AI assistant solve different problems, so write down call types, busy hours, languages and channels first, then ask each provider to price and scope against that same description.
- Ask who will actually answer your calls. Find out where agents sit, which languages they speak natively, how they are trained on your products, and whether they are dedicated to your account or shared across clients. Request sample call recordings or a live listen-in, because a polished sales page says little about phone manner.
- Check hours and escalation in writing. Clarify what happens at night, on public holidays and during unexpected spikes, how urgent complaints reach your own staff, and how calls are transferred. Ask for the service levels the provider commits to, the reports you will receive, and who you contact when something goes wrong.
- Treat customer data seriously. Ask what personal data agents or AI tools can see, whether calls are recorded, where recordings and transcripts are stored, which subcontractors or offshore teams are involved, and how the provider addresses Singapore's PDPA. Get answers in the contract, not only in a sales call.
- Start with a pilot rather than a long commitment. Agree a trial period, a limited set of call types and clear measures such as answer speed and resolved enquiries. Confirm the notice period, and make sure scripts, call logs and customer records come back to you in a usable form if you leave.
