AI image by LocalRankChoosing accounting software is only half the job for a Singapore SME; the other half is getting it configured, connected to your bank and understood by the people who use it. This list covers firms and software providers that say they help with Xero, QuickBooks, SQL Account or AutoCount, from first setup and data migration to staff training and ongoing bookkeeping on the platform. Partner or certified status is shown only as each firm's own website words it, so confirm it with the software vendor if it matters to you. Read the entries for the package each firm centres on, then use the buying tips below to shortlist two or three and request proposals.
1. Harvest Accounting
Harvest Accounting is a Singapore firm that builds its practice around Xero. Its Xero page describes setup and configuration, bank feed connections, migration from QuickBooks, MYOB, Excel or other systems, team training and ongoing bookkeeping, and it points to a large library of connected Xero apps for tailoring workflows. The firm says it holds Xero Platinum Partner status and cites Xero Asia awards in 2025, which are its own statements rather than a LocalRank assessment. It also says it guides clients through the EDGE grant for eligible setup work. This suits growing SMEs that want a specialist to configure Xero properly at the start and then keep the books running on it month after month.

2. WLP Group
WLP Group, based in Woodlands, offers Xero-focused services for small businesses and SMEs. Its Xero page lists software setup and configuration, training and support, ongoing bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and ACRA XBRL filing. The firm describes itself as a Xero-certified team and one of the few gold partners of Xero in Singapore, and says it is a pre-approved vendor under the Productivity Solutions Grant; those are its own statements, and grant eligibility should be confirmed before you rely on it. Its site centres on Xero rather than other packages. That makes it a sensible fit for northern Singapore businesses wanting one firm to handle the setup and then the bookkeeping and year-end filings on Xero.
3. Excellence Singapore
Excellence Singapore presents itself as a software-and-services provider rather than a pure accounting practice, with separate pages for Xero and QuickBooks Online. For Xero, its site describes setup and configuration, data migration from Excel or older accounting systems, training and ongoing local support, and it calls itself a certified Xero Partner. On its QuickBooks page it describes itself as an Authorized ProAdvisor offering local setup and migration, including chart of accounts and opening balances, plus training tailored to a business's own workflows. Both claims are the firm's own wording. It suits businesses that have not yet decided between Xero and QuickBooks and would like a single implementer who covers both and includes staff training in the conversation.

4. Business Tax Accountancy
Business Tax Accountancy is a Singapore accounting firm whose Xero page describes two routes. In its bookkeeping option, the team sets up the chart of accounts and customised templates and then records entries monthly or quarterly with management reports; in its do-it-yourself option, it offers Xero training, bank reconciliation support and account migration help. The firm describes its staff as certified Xero advisors, lists GST compliance assistance alongside, and says pricing is available on request. Its footer shows a copyright range running from 2016 to 2026. This suits owners who want to choose how involved they stay, either handing the books over entirely or learning to run Xero in-house with a professional on call.

5. Aura Partners
Aura Partners is a Raffles Place accounting and corporate services firm that includes a dedicated Xero page. It describes standard and complex Xero implementations, customised training sessions, migration from other accounting software, chart of accounts customisation, bank feed configuration, invoice template changes, payment gateway integration and fixed asset register setup. The firm calls itself a Xero Singapore Certified Advisor and an IMDA pre-approved supplier for the Productivity Solutions Grant, both of which are its own statements. Beyond software it lists bookkeeping, payroll, GST and tax services, and its blog showed a post dated April 2026. It suits SMEs with more involved setups, such as several payment channels or a fixed asset register, who want the implementation scoped in detail.

6. Global Link Asia Consulting
Global Link Asia Consulting is a Singapore corporate services firm that also sells and supports QuickBooks. Its site lists QuickBooks licensing, setup and configuration, and training, and its articles describe setting up the company file, customer and supplier records, chart of accounts and bank settings, plus short online training sessions. The firm says it serves Singapore, Hong Kong, US and offshore companies and keeps offices in Singapore and Vietnam. It also lists company formation, tax and accounting services, and mentions Xero licences. All of this comes from the firm's own pages, and it should be asked directly what its QuickBooks status is. It suits small companies, including foreign-owned ones, adopting QuickBooks Online who want remote setup help and training.
7. Apscom Solutions (SQL Account Singapore)
Apscom Solutions runs the SQL Account Singapore website and describes itself as an appointed partner for the SQL Account accounting package, with more than a decade of experience locally. Its pages list software sales, implementation and product consultation, training and advisory, customisation, after-sales support, SQL cloud hosting and InvoiceNow e-invoicing. Testimonials on the site point to sales order tracking and stock management as features customers use, and the firm also publishes Productivity Solutions Grant information. Support hours are stated as weekdays only. This is the entry for trading and stock-holding SMEs that have already looked at SQL Account and want a local implementer and trainer, rather than the cloud-first route taken by the Xero and QuickBooks specialists above.

How to choose
- Start with the software, not the firm. Xero and QuickBooks are cloud-first and suit service businesses; SQL Account and AutoCount are packages some local dealers offer for stock and trading needs. Decide which package fits your invoicing, inventory and reporting before comparing implementers, because most firms here centre on one platform.
- Ask each firm to describe its partner or certified status in writing and check it against the software vendor's own advisor directory. Wording such as certified, gold or platinum comes from the firms themselves, and levels differ between vendors. Status shows experience with the product but says nothing about suitability for your business.
- Scope the setup before you sign. A proper implementation covers chart of accounts, opening balances, bank feeds, invoice templates, user roles and migration from your old records. Request a written list of what is included, how many training hours you receive, and who you contact when something breaks after go-live.
- Decide who will keep the books. Some firms set the software up and train your staff, others take over monthly bookkeeping on it, and many offer both. Be honest about your team's time and skills, and ask whether you can move from outsourced to in-house, or the reverse, without redoing the setup.
- Check grant eligibility yourself. Several firms mention Productivity Solutions Grant or EDGE support for software adoption, but eligibility, supported solutions and funding rules are set by the government agencies and change over time. Confirm on the official agency pages and ask the firm exactly which costs would qualify before relying on funding.
