AI image by LocalRankGetting a circuit board built in Singapore can mean very different things depending on the job. A hardware startup might need a handful of prototype boards fitted quickly, while an equipment maker may want a partner for repeat runs, testing and complete box builds. This list covers six Singapore-based companies that publish PCB assembly, SMT or electronics manufacturing services on their own websites. Descriptions are drawn from what each company says about itself, and certifications are noted only where its own page states them. We do not quote prices or minimum order sizes, so request a quote with your Gerber files and bill of materials, and compare the answers side by side.
1. MPN Tech
MPN Tech is a Singapore company whose website describes an end-to-end route from prototype to production, covering PCB design, fabrication and assembly under one roof. Its site says it runs an SMT line working to IPC Class II and III standards and mentions BGA rework, wire harness and cable assembly, and box build for turning boards into finished products. The company says it has been an electronics manufacturing partner since 2010, and says it takes on one-off engineering samples as well as repeat batches. It also advertises short lead times for urgent projects, though confirm timing for your own design when you request a quote. Its published address is in Toh Guan.
2. Wizlogix
Wizlogix presents itself as a one-stop PCB services provider in Singapore, handling layout design, fabrication, assembly and component kitting, with a full turnkey option for customers who prefer a single point of contact. Its website says its assembly work is overseen by engineers trained in IPC-A-610, and it lists AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 among its certifications. The company also describes itself as an official IPC training centre in Singapore, running technical competency courses, which may appeal to teams wanting to build in-house skills alongside outsourcing. Its site mentions clients across hardware, software, firmware and mechanical fields in Singapore and abroad. The published business address sits in the Toa Payoh North area, and enquiries can be made through its contact form or listed channels.

3. TC Precision
TC Precision describes itself as a contract design and manufacturing company in Singapore, established in 2003, with SMT PCB assembly offered for prototypes and for low to medium volume production. Its website also lists electronic component sourcing, hardware development, PCB layout, industrial and mechanical design, and box build and complete product assembly. The equipment it mentions includes SMT placement machines, reflow ovens, conformal coating systems, automatic dispensing and chip-on-board wire bonding, which can matter for compact or sensor-based products. It says it holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, obtained in 2023, and serves healthcare, automotive, aerospace and industrial customers. The site notes that its factory is in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, while its main office is in Singapore, so ask where your boards would physically be built.

4. PCI Limited
PCI is an electronics contract manufacturer headquartered in Singapore, and its website says it has more than 50 years of experience. The company describes managing products from design intake through to volume production, so it suits firms with established products and longer programmes rather than casual one-off boards. Capabilities listed on its manufacturing page include SMT with 3D optical inspection, through-hole and selective soldering, chip-on-board processes, conformal coating and potting, and in-circuit, flying probe and functional testing. It also mentions a Class 1000 cleanroom assembly area. The site lists certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001, which can help buyers in automotive or medical work. Its published Singapore headquarters is on Pioneer Road North, in the Jurong industrial belt.
5. CEI (an AEM company)
CEI is part of the AEM group and presents itself on a dedicated website as a PCBA specialist for high-mix, low-volume work. Its PCBA page says the business brings more than 40 years of regional experience in surface mount and through-hole assembly, and lists SMT, THT, system-level assembly, cable harness assembly, conformal and parylene coating, and full test development solutions. Inspection steps named on the page include 3D solder paste inspection, automated optical inspection and functional testing, and the page refers to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. That profile points towards engineering-led programmes in industrial, medical or semiconductor-adjacent fields rather than hobby builds. The page does not state a Singapore street address, so confirm the production site with CEI before sending files.
6. Evonix
Evonix is a Singapore-registered company that describes its offer as PCB design service and turnkey electronic engineering solutions, with fabrication and assembly handled as part of the package. Its website lists a PCB assembly page covering prototype production, BGA rework and boards up to 25 by 25 inches, with inspection steps such as automated optical inspection, X-ray and in-circuit testing described there. The company also lists an office in Chennai, India, so it is worth asking which team handles design and where assembly takes place for your order. Evonix publishes a Singapore address in Sim Lim Tower along Jalan Besar and an enquiry form on its contact page, and its footer carries a 2014 to 2026 copyright range, which indicates the site is maintained.

How to choose
- Match the provider to your stage. Prototype-friendly firms that mention small batches or no minimum order suit startups and engineers, while contract manufacturers describing design-to-volume programmes suit products already heading to production. Be upfront about expected quantities when you ask for a quote, because the right partner for ten boards is rarely the right one for ten thousand.
- Ask where the boards are actually built. Some Singapore companies assemble locally, while others list factories in Malaysia, Indonesia or elsewhere, or keep design and engineering here. Neither is wrong, but it affects shipping, customs, communication and how easily you can visit. Get the production location confirmed in writing before you commit to a first order.
- Check certifications against your industry, and read them carefully. Medical, automotive and aerospace work usually call for ISO 13485, IATF 16949 or AS9100, while general electronics may only need ISO 9001. Treat every certificate as the company's own statement and ask for a current copy, noting its scope, if it matters to your customers or regulators.
- Prepare a clean data package. Providers can only quote quickly if you supply Gerber files, a bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, a pick-and-place file and any test requirements. Clarify who sources components, since turnkey and consigned models differ in cost, lead time and responsibility when a part is unavailable or obsolete.
- Ask what inspection and testing is included. Lists often mention automated optical inspection, X-ray for BGAs, in-circuit or functional testing, and conformal coating. Decide which checks your design genuinely needs, agree the acceptance standard such as an IPC class, and ask how defects, rework and failed boards are handled before work begins.
