ISO certification consultants help a company build, document and operate a management system, then prepare it for an audit by an independent, accredited certification body. This page covers consultants and trainers for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and bizSAFE preparation in Singapore, not the certifiers who issue certificates. Each entry is drawn from the firm's own website, with accreditation and recognition claims attributed to the firm. Use the list to shortlist two or three advisers, then ask each for a written scope, the named consultants and relevant sector experience before committing to any one of them.

1. CCIS Singapore

CCIS Singapore describes itself as an ISO certification, bizSAFE training and auditing services provider, and its site says the consultancy has been established since 1992. For consulting, its ISO 27001 page outlines gap analysis, management system design, implementation guidance, internal audit support and staff training, using what it calls a write-what-you-do approach. The homepage lists standards from ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 to ISO 22000, ISO 13485 and ISO 50001, plus bizSAFE Levels 2 to 4 and STAR. It also states that it is a SAC-accredited auditing organisation and a MOM-accredited training provider, so ask which team handles consulting and which handles audits. Based in Redhill, it suits firms wanting several standards from one supplier.

2. Sage Shield Safety Consultants

Sage Shield Safety Consultants says it has operated as a safety consultancy in Singapore since 2015, with a strong focus on workplace safety paperwork. Its site lists bizSAFE support from Level 1 through STAR alongside ISO implementation for ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and ISO 22301, plus CaseTrust and risk assessment services. The firm states it is an independent organisation with no association to companies of a similar name. Its blog carried 2026 posts on topics such as ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 documentation when we checked. Based in the Punggol area, with a second office listed in Defu, it is a practical fit for small firms combining bizSAFE and ISO goals.

3. ISO Consultants Pte Ltd

ISO Consultants Pte Ltd, which uses the short name ICPL, presents itself as an advisory firm for ISO certification, cybersecurity governance, data protection and sustainability work. Its site lists ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 42001 among many standards, and outlines an eight-step method running from business understanding and scope through gap assessment, documentation, staff training and internal audit to certification readiness. It says it guides clients through the certification body's Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits rather than issuing certificates. The firm calls itself an Enterprise Singapore recognised EDG consultant and states it holds bizSAFE Level 3. Located in Woodlands, it suits SMEs wanting one adviser across quality, safety and security.

4. GQS Singapore

Global Quality Services Singapore, known as GQS, describes itself as a professional multi-skilled consulting firm for ISO certification needs. Its ISO 27001 page promises gap analysis, documentation, internal audits, training and certification-readiness support, and it states plainly that it does not issue certificates, instead preparing clients for audits by accredited certification bodies. The wider site lists standards including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and FSSC 22000, and it also mentions an R2 responsible recycling standard. GQS describes itself as ISO 27001 certified and TUV SUD Singapore certified, and says it has offices in several countries. Its Singapore office is listed at International Plaza, making it a possible choice for information security projects.

5. Besafe Consultant

Besafe Consultant Pte Ltd says it was incorporated in 2010 to provide consultancy and training across management systems. Its site lists ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 consultancy and training, the bizSAFE programme, and related services such as workplace incident investigation, GGBS support, CaseTrust and deployment of health and safety specialists. It names industries it has served, including construction, marine and offshore, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and healthcare. The site makes no accreditation claims of its own, so ask about consultant credentials and past projects directly. Its listed base is the Pantech Business Hub in the Pandan area, and it offers a quote request form for enquiries, which suits firms in industrial and engineering sectors.

6. Quality Safe Consultants

Quality Safe Consultants Pte Ltd offers training, consulting, auditing and outsourcing in quality and safety management. On the consulting side, its site lists ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and ISO 22301 management systems, internal audits, and bizSAFE support from Level 1 to STAR, noting that STAR requires an ISO 45001 certificate from an accredited certification body. It also describes itself as a MOM-approved and SAC-accredited WSH auditing organisation for its audit work, so confirm how it separates consulting from auditing for any one client. Its listed office is at Pioneer Centre, and the company also runs trade and professional courses, which helps firms in construction and industrial sectors wanting training alongside advice.

7. Greensafe International

Greensafe International describes itself as a consulting, training, auditing and outsourcing organisation focused on workplace safety, environment and quality. Its ISO 45001 page says it supports clients from system design and documentation through training and certification support, and it links that work with bizSAFE levels. The company states that it is MOM and WSQ approved and that it holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and bizSAFE Star certification itself, which is a statement about its own systems rather than a certificate it can issue to you. It lists a corporate office near Bencoolen and training classrooms in several parts of Singapore, which suits firms that want safety courses and ISO help from one provider.

How to choose

  • Confirm who will certify you, and that it is not the same team advising you. A consultant builds your system and prepares you for audit, while an accredited certification body issues the certificate. Where one group does both consulting and auditing, ask how the two are kept separate, and check the certifier's accreditation on the Singapore Accreditation Council directory.
  • Match the consultant to the standard. ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environment, ISO 45001 safety and ISO 27001 information security are different disciplines with different evidence. A safety-led firm may be strongest on ISO 45001 and bizSAFE, while an information security project needs someone who can discuss risk assessment and controls. Ask for examples of similar projects in your sector.
  • Get the scope in writing before you start. A clear proposal should say whether it covers a gap assessment, documentation, staff training, internal audit and support during the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, and who does the work. Ask what is excluded, such as the certification body's own audit charges, and how the quote changes if timelines slip.
  • Understand how bizSAFE and ISO fit together. bizSAFE is a workplace safety and health programme with progressive levels, and one firm above notes that the top STAR level calls for ISO 45001 certification from an accredited body. If safety is the goal, ask for a plan across the levels rather than a single step.
  • Test for substance, not templates. Ask who will actually work with you, what auditor or consultant qualifications they hold, and how documents are tailored to your operations rather than copied from a generic set. Good advisers also explain what happens after certification, including surveillance audits, so the system keeps working once the certificate arrives.
