AI image by LocalRankA home lift or stairlift is a fixed installation, so the supplier you pick stays involved long after the first visit. This guide lists seven Singapore companies that publish home lift, stairlift or platform lift services on their own websites, with notes on what each says it offers and how it handles enquiries. We describe products and claims as the companies state them, give no prices, and do not vouch for any approvals. Use the list to shortlist two or three firms, ask each for a site visit, and compare what they put in writing about the product, installation, permits and servicing.
1. Asiateck
Asiateck Industrial Supplier presents itself as a lift supplier that covers residential and commercial needs, with home lifts, vertical platform lifts and stairlifts or chairlifts on its main product menu. Its stairlift page describes single-rail curved, twin-rail curved and straight chairlifts, plus an inclined platform lift for wheelchair users, and says the tracks are made to measure for each staircase. The site also offers a free consultation, where staff assess the staircase, and a 3D preview of a stairlift in the home. Beyond lifts it lists dumbwaiters, hoists and storage lift modules, so it suits households that want one supplier to discuss several options. Servicing has its own section on the website, so ask how aftercare is handled.
2. Immerse Lifts
Immerse describes itself as a locally owned boutique company focused on the landed home market, which makes it a natural stop for anyone planning a lift in a house rather than a flat. Its site lists platform-style home lifts in several sizes, a traction lift range from a European maker, and an alteration-and-addition platform lift for existing houses. It also covers maintenance, inspections and upgrades in its frequently asked questions. The company states that it is a registered lift contractor and that its lifts follow the local lift standard; that is its own statement, so ask to see the paperwork. Stairlifts are not mentioned on the pages we read, so treat it as a home lift specialist.

3. Tai Hee Engineering
Tai Hee Engineering Trading describes itself as a lift company for homes and commercial premises, and its menu groups stair lifts, wheelchair lifts, platform lifts and inclined platform stairlifts. Its stairlift page sets out a straight model for staircases without bends and a curved model for turns and landings, giving the rail lengths and weight limits each is rated for. The company says it has supplied lifts since 2006, that its equipment is made in Europe, and that it offers a free in-home assessment. It also explains the permit and engineer steps it handles and states that it is BCA-registered, which is the firm's own wording. Ask which model suits your staircase and how servicing works.
4. Swee Hin
Swee Hin's lift website is organised around home use: home lifts, platform lifts, chairlifts, dumbwaiters and hydraulic lifts, plus service and maintenance. Its chairlift page centres on the Vimec Dolce Vita, a folding-seat stairlift that the site says can be fitted to straight or curved staircases, with a swivel seat, seat belt, safety sensors and wireless call controls. The company says installation usually takes a few hours within a day and needs no structural work, and it offers a free on-site inspection and quote without obligation. Its home lift pages mention a compliance heading for building rules. The pages we read did not list a street address, so confirm where the firm is based before visiting.

5. ChairLift (Rehab Mart)
ChairLift is a Singapore stairlift and platform lift specialist whose site also carries the Rehab Mart Homecare name. Its product groups include a chair stairlift, platform stairlifts for wheelchair users, vertical platform lifts and stair climbers, and the page says it designs and installs them and offers a free site visit and quote. The company states that it is an approved lift contractor and that its quoted pricing includes the first-year operating permit; both are its own claims, so ask to see the documents. It also says its site-visit specialist was trained in Austria. The contact page lists a showroom-style warehouse address and two phone lines, with a WhatsApp link for quick questions.
6. NewLift
NewLift Holdings says it was founded in 2001 and positions itself as a vertical mobility company covering both homes and commercial buildings. For households, its site lists a standard home lift range, a bespoke home lift line with a customisable interior, stairlifts and platform lifts for narrow or irregular spaces. It also describes service and maintenance programmes paired with remote monitoring and diagnostics, and gives its own targeted response times, which are marketing statements to ask about. Testimonials on the site refer to residential projects in Singapore districts 10 and 15. Contact options published include a phone line, a WhatsApp number and a general enquiry email, with a contact section on the home page.
7. Belift
Belift says it was established in 2020 and lists home lifts, passenger lifts, goods lifts, platform lifts and stairlifts, with installation, maintenance and modernisation as services. On the home side, its stairlift page features the FlexStep, a unit from the maker Liftup that the site says works as both a staircase and a wheelchair lift, and Belift describes itself as the exclusive distributor of that product in Singapore. It also states that it is the exclusive authorised distributor of Kleemann lifts here. Both are the company's own statements. The contact page separates sales and servicing email addresses and publishes a WhatsApp number and an office line, which makes it easy to route a maintenance question.

How to choose
- Match the product to the building first. A straight stairlift, a curved stairlift, a platform lift for wheelchair users and a full home lift solve different problems. Ask each company which it recommends for your staircase or floor plan, why, and what it would need to measure on site before confirming anything in writing.
- Ask what approvals the company holds for the work and request the paperwork. Several suppliers on this page describe their own registrations or permits, and those are statements to verify, not endorsements. Ask who handles submissions, who tests and commissions the lift, and what documents you should receive at handover.
- Request a site visit rather than a phone quote. A staircase with turns, landings or tight width changes the equipment and the work involved, and a firm that inspects first can explain the limits. Ask for a written scope that names the model, rail or shaft arrangement, power needs and any building work expected.
- Understand aftercare before you sign. Ask who services the unit, how a breakdown is reported, whether parts are kept locally, and what happens if the supplier changes its business. Some firms here publish separate servicing contacts, which is a useful sign when you compare them.
- Think about the person using the lift every day. Ask to see the controls, seat or platform in person if possible, and check practical points such as transfer height, folding the seat or rail, and call controls. Involve the user and, where relevant, their therapist or doctor in the decision.
