AI image by LocalRankShort vertical video now sits at the centre of how many Singapore brands advertise, and a growing set of agencies focus on it: creator-led UGC for paid ads, or scripted Reels and TikTok clips produced for you. This list covers seven agencies whose own websites describe that work. Some specialise in UGC and creator casting, while others are broader digital or social agencies that include short-form production. We describe each one only as it presents itself, with no prices or results claims of our own. Use the profiles to shortlist two or three, then ask each for current samples, usage terms and a written scope before you commit.
1. Digital Roots
Digital Roots is a Singapore digital marketing agency with a dedicated social media video production page. That page lists short-form videos made for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, alongside product showcase, explainer, behind-the-scenes, testimonial and commercial formats. It describes a workflow that runs from briefing and scripting to filming, which it says is handled by an in-house crew or trusted local partners, then editing with subtitles, music and branding, and delivery in platform-ready formats. It also mentions optional scheduling and caption help. The site notes that SMEs may be able to use government grant support for digital marketing, and readers should check eligibility themselves. This suits a business that wants short-form clips planned alongside wider digital marketing rather than bought from a video-only vendor.

2. Social Jet
Social Jet is a Singapore influencer and creator marketing agency whose UGC page describes creator content made to work as an ad rather than as the creator's own post. The page says it briefs creators on hooks, objections and proof, negotiates usage rights for paid media at the start, and delivers variations that brands can test on Meta and TikTok. It lists creator casting, hook and script variations per creator, and edits in 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 ratios, with an optional service to run the ads. The agency also lists influencer, TikTok, Instagram and Xiaohongshu marketing. That makes it a candidate for brands that want creator video supplied in batches for paid social testing, with usage terms agreed up front.

3. GOVIRAL GLOBAL
GOVIRAL GLOBAL presents itself as an influencer and UGC marketing agency with a Singapore address. Its homepage describes UGC as reviews, testimonials and videos from real users, and says it plans and runs campaigns that pair influencers across mega, macro, micro and nano tiers with UGC-style content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. It also lists content strategy and creation, and points to a linked production arm for photo and video work. The site shows campaign write-ups for named brands and quotes its own performance figures; treat those as the agency's claims and ask for current references. It may suit overseas brands entering the Singapore and wider Asia-Pacific market that want creator-led video handled through one consultation-led process.

4. Komo Social
Komo Social describes itself as a creative video production and photography company in Singapore. Its social media video page covers Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Stories, with concept development, filming, editing and delivery. It also lists street-interview and vox-pop style videos, talent casting and management, candid behind-the-scenes content, and turning events or media launches into reels. Its wider service list includes corporate, event, product, hotel, real estate and food videography. Its site displays a portfolio of recent event and brand projects. Enquiries are routed through an email address and a WhatsApp chat button on its page. Komo Social is worth a look if you want presenter-led, mobile-first clips shot by a production crew rather than creator-supplied UGC.

5. Krave Media
Krave Media titles its site a Singapore UGC content agency and focuses on creator-led ads for performance marketers. Its homepage describes direct-response UGC for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, managed from research through shooting and editing, plus a service that remixes existing footage into video sales letters and an AI-assisted cinematic studio. It says it works with a vetted creator network spread across several regions, including Singapore, and shows case studies from brands in travel, fashion and supplements. Its own page frames the service for brands with sizeable paid-social budgets, so smaller businesses should confirm fit early. The site publishes a booking link and contact page but no street address, so ask where the team is based before contracting.

6. PaperCut Collective
PaperCut Collective is a Singapore social media and digital marketing agency that lists short-form video among its monthly services. Its social media agency page describes full Reels and short-form video production, TikTok scripts and captions, creator and micro-influencer outreach, brief writing and user-generated content campaigns, alongside paid social and reporting. The page presents tiered monthly packages and says it handles applications for a government enterprise grant on eligible clients' behalf, which readers should verify with the relevant agency. It also describes itself as a Meta Business Partner. Its contact page gives an Ang Mo Kio office address, an email and a phone number. This is a fit for small and mid-sized businesses that want ongoing social content and creator work under one retainer.

7. dfrnt
dfrnt, trading as The DFRNT Agency, calls itself a TikTok marketing agency in Singapore. Its TikTok page describes platform-native creative combined with performance thinking, with short-form content built for attention and conversion, TikTok ads including Spark Ads creative, and support for influencer and UGC work. It also says it coaches people who need to appear on camera. Its navigation lists TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube content, performance creatives, short content and video production as solutions. The contact page gives an Anson Road office address and a phone number, and a booking button invites calls. It is a candidate for brands that want one team to script, shoot and edit TikTok-first clips, and possibly handle the ads that boost them.

How to choose
- Decide first whether you need creator-supplied UGC that looks like a real customer wrote it, or produced short-form video shot by a crew to your script. The two are priced and briefed differently, and agencies often lean one way. Ask each shortlisted agency which model it runs most.
- Ask for current samples in your own category, in the native 9:16 format, and check whether the accounts or ads shown are live. Case studies and view counts on an agency site are its own claims, so request references you can contact before relying on any figure.
- Clarify usage rights in writing. For UGC used as paid ads, confirm how long you may run the footage, on which platforms, whether the creator's likeness can be whitelisted, and what happens if you want to renew or extend after the agreed period ends.
- Check what the scope covers: scripting, casting, filming, editing, subtitles, revisions and posting. A low-looking monthly retainer can leave out ad management, creator fees or reshoots. Ask how many videos or variations you receive per cycle, what the revision limit is, and who owns the raw footage.
- Look closely at who actually shoots the content for you. Some agencies run an in-house crew, some rely on a network of creators in several countries, and some outsource to partners. If you want Singapore faces, accents or languages, say so early and ask how the agency sources them.
