Running a school, tuition centre or enrichment studio means juggling enquiries, timetables, attendance registers, fee reminders and anxious parents, often across spreadsheets and chat groups. Dedicated management software pulls those jobs into one place. This guide lists eight providers that publish school or learning-centre products for Singapore operators, drawn from their own websites. We describe what each says it does and leave out prices, because quotes usually depend on student numbers, branches and modules. Use the list to build a shortlist, ask for a demo using your own timetable and fee structure, and compare how each handles make-up lessons, parent messaging and payment collection.

1. Brainstem Breeze

Brainstem Breeze is the student management product of Advanced E-Solutions Pte Ltd, and its site pitches it squarely at tuition and enrichment centres. The company describes modules for registration forms, academic management, lesson planning, parent and teacher portals, and make-up class handling. It also lists invoicing with GST support and PayNow integration, multi-branch management, and reports and analytics. The site frames the product as an all-in-one centre platform for owners and administrators who want to cut daily admin and see how the business is performing. No customer names are published on the pages we read, so ask for references from centres of similar size. A reasonable starting point for small to mid-sized tuition operators who want billing and lesson planning together.

2. AOne Schools

AOne positions itself as learning-centre management software for Singapore, and its site describes automated billing with e-invoicing, student and teacher management, lesson planning and scheduling, attendance tracking, progress tracking and financial reporting. It adds multi-branch and franchise capabilities and a parent app for schedules and payments. The site names preschools, tuition centres, music and dance academies, sports academies and enrichment centres as users, and shows a handful of client names such as swim and language schools. The website lists a Tanjong Pagar office, though the operating company is registered as a Malaysian Sdn Bhd, so ask where support and data hosting are based. Franchise-style groups needing central billing may find it worth a demo.

3. iEduCentre

iEduCentre is a modular management system from Aquarius Soft Pte Ltd for class-based learning institutions. Its feature pages describe enquiry tracking from first contact to registration, online course sign-up, timetabling with rooms and instructors, make-up lessons, and attendance taken by app, barcode or attendance station with notices to parents. On the money side it covers fee generation, discounts and late fees, payment reminders and collection tracking, plus staff records, leave claims, payslips and teacher pay based on lessons or enrolment. A parent and student portal shows schedules, balances and receipts, and the site also has a page for enrichment centres. Suits centres that want HR and teacher pay inside the same system as enrolment.

4. Episcript Solutions

Episcript is a Singapore software house that builds ERP, CRM and database applications, and it publishes two education products: tuition centre management software and a wider school management system. The tuition page lists student and parent records, course scheduling, attendance, tutor assignment, WhatsApp and email messaging, a parent portal, fee invoicing and reporting. The school page adds exam scheduling and results, certificates, staff management, online teaching resources and AI-assisted tools such as report drafting, and says it supports a single campus or a group of branches. Because the firm also does custom development, it may suit operators who need workflows adapted to their own way of running classes. Confirm what is standard versus bespoke.

5. BooknGo

BooknGo describes itself as a booking platform for service businesses, with a dedicated page for tuition centres and enrichment classes. For learning centres its site lists class schedules, enrolments and attendance, a branded portal where parents can book at any hour, and payment at booking by PayNow or card. It says automated WhatsApp, email and SMS reminders go out for upcoming classes and schedule changes, and that multi-branch coordination runs from one dashboard. The site also mentions collecting student contact details with PDPA-style consent. Its booking-first design may appeal to centres that sell term slots, trials or workshops online and want payment secured upfront instead of chasing fees afterwards. Ask how invoicing for recurring fees is handled.

6. Skooly

Skooly Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company whose site offers separate academy and preschool products. For tuition centres it describes group, private and semi-private class scheduling, attendance by kiosk or QR check-in, invoices with PayNow QR codes, instalment plans and a free parent app for schedules, payments and announcements. It lists enrolment, trials, drop-ins, packages and make-up sessions, student progress reports, WhatsApp communication, and an AI assistant that summarises the centre's own data. The company says it operates across six countries and serves tuition, music, dance and sports businesses. No customer names appear on the pages we read, so request references. Centres that want a parent app and trial-class handling may find it a close fit.

7. LittleLives

LittleLives Inc Pte Ltd runs a family of school products out of Singapore, and its school management system is built mainly for preschools and early childhood centres. Its site describes digital check-in and check-out with health checks and automatic parent notifications, billing with reminders, instant invoicing and stored receipts, two-way parent messaging, and a learning portfolio feed with photos and progress reports. It names Singapore kindergarten customers such as Learning Vision at NUH and Evangel Kindergarten, and says it operates across several Southeast Asian markets. Because its design centres on young learners and family communication, it is likelier to suit preschools and kindergartens than a tuition centre focused on exam timetables. Ask for a walkthrough of the admin side as well as the parent app.

8. TigernixSMS

Tigernix Pte Ltd is a Singapore enterprise software company, and TigernixSMS is its web-based school management system for schools and colleges. The product page says it covers student management, classroom booking, parent communication and finance, and also mentions a school portal, library management, document management and event management. Course and fee management sit alongside accounting functions. Tigernix lists separate parent-teacher communication and financial assistance scheme products, and says it has served more than 300 customers since 2006. As a broader ERP-style vendor it may suit larger institutions that want finance and administration integrated, rather than a small studio needing only registers and invoices. Ask which modules are standard and how implementation and training are handled.

How to choose

  • Match the product to your kind of institution. Some systems here grew out of tuition and enrichment centres, one leans towards preschools and young learners, and others serve schools and colleges with exams and finance. Describe your timetable, class sizes and fee pattern to each vendor and ask which of their customers looks most like you.
  • Walk through fees and billing in a demo. Ask how recurring term fees, pro-rated joiners, sibling discounts, late fees and make-up credits are set up, whether invoices carry PayNow or card options, and how reminders are sent. Billing is where most centres lose time, so test it with your real fee structure.
  • Check attendance and parent communication. Find out how registers are taken, whether by app, kiosk, QR or barcode, who is notified when a child is absent, and which channels parents use. WhatsApp, email and a parent app all appear across these providers, but each differs in what is included.
  • Look at what sits beyond students. Teacher pay, staff leave, lesson plans, exams, reports and multi-branch dashboards matter more as you grow. Ask which modules are included in the base package and which are optional extras, and request a written scope so there are no surprises later.
  • Plan for data and exit. Student records are personal data, so ask where it is stored, who can see it, how PDPA consent is captured and how you can export your records if you leave. Ask what migration help and training are provided, and speak to a current customer before signing a long contract.
