Salesforce is rarely a plug-and-play purchase. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and newer Agentforce features all need configuring around how your team really works, and many Singapore companies hire an implementation partner to do it. This page is narrower than our general CRM consultants guide: every firm below works specifically on Salesforce, from boutique specialists to a large systems integrator. Each entry rests on what the firm publishes on its own website or Salesforce's partner listing, so treat tiers, awards and certification claims as the firm's statements to confirm. Compare scope, industry fit and post-launch support, then ask two or three firms for a written proposal.

1. Appistoki

Appistoki lists Singapore as its headquarters on its contact page and positions itself as a Salesforce implementation specialist. Its site highlights Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Einstein AI, and its navigation also covers Agentforce, Commerce Cloud, CPQ, Tableau, Slack, Heroku and MuleSoft. The firm says it was named Salesforce's ASEAN Partner of the Year for 2025, which is its own statement, so confirm the tier and award with Salesforce if either matters to your shortlist. Its site shows 2026 dates and offers a Singapore phone line and enquiry form. A sensible fit for companies that expect to add several Salesforce products over time and want a partner familiar with the wider catalogue.

2. Valuehub

Valuehub says it was founded in Singapore in 2023 and describes itself as a team of certified CRM cross-cloud experts. Its timeline claims progression through Salesforce partner tiers up to Summit Consulting Partner by December 2024, plus a 2025 Growth partner award; these are its own statements. The site lists packaged QuickStart offers for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Experience Cloud, alongside Agentforce development, integration, migration and managed services. It also mentions work on Zendesk, Braze and Darwinbox. The Singapore office listed on its contact page is in the Bugis area, with further offices overseas. A younger firm, so ask about references from projects of a similar size to yours.

3. Ranosys

Ranosys runs a Singapore section of its website and lists a Singapore office at Oxley BizHub in the Ubi area, among offices in several other countries. Its Singapore implementation page calls it a Salesforce Summit Partner, which is the firm's wording rather than something we have checked. The services it lists include assessment and planning, data migration, integration, customisation, optimisation and managed services, across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Revenue Cloud and Agentforce. It also does wider digital commerce and data work, which may suit companies linking Salesforce to an online store. Its site carries a 2026 copyright notice and a Singapore sales phone number and email address.

4. CRS Studio

CRS Studio calls itself a Certified Salesforce Partner in Singapore for SMEs and non-profits, and says it has been a Salesforce partner since 2014. Its website lists Salesforce Quick Start packages, Salesforce for non-profits, grant-ready digital solutions for social service agencies, and Tableau and MuleSoft implementation. That focus makes it a natural stop for smaller companies, charities and social service organisations that want a boutique team rather than a large integrator. The site shows a Beach Road address near Bugis and a free-consultation booking button, with enquiries handled through a form. It is the only firm here that also appears on our broader CRM consultants page, where its entry is written from the CRM-wide angle.

5. TechMatrix Consulting

TechMatrix Consulting labels its Singapore office as headquarters on its contact page, with other offices in India, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. The site describes it as a Salesforce Summit (Platinum) Partner since 2010, a claim worth checking against Salesforce's own partner directory. It lists Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, migration, managed support, quality assurance and Agentforce work, plus Tableau, MuleSoft and staffing services. Its industry pages cover banking and financial services, insurance, lending, retail, healthcare, education and non-profits, and it describes ready-made solutions such as loan origination and loyalty management. Better suited to regulated or process-heavy sectors that need custom builds than to a quick sales-team setup. Its contact page lists a Singapore phone line.

6. NCS

NCS is a large Singapore-headquartered technology services company, so it sits at the enterprise end of this list rather than with the boutiques. Its Salesforce consulting listing on Salesforce's partner directory describes expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, plus custom app development, integrations, data migration, user training, adoption support and managed services. NCS says on that listing that it delivered a large Salesforce implementation in the Singapore government sector. Its own website blocked automated access during our research, so the details here rely on the Salesforce listing and recent job postings, and you should confirm the current offer directly. Best suited to large organisations and public-sector buyers running multi-year programmes.

How to choose

  • Match the firm's size to your project. Boutiques that describe SME and non-profit work tend to move quickly on a first Sales Cloud setup, while larger integrators suit multi-department rollouts and public-sector programmes. Ask each firm for examples of clients of similar headcount and complexity, and check who would actually staff your project day to day.
  • Check partner tier and certification statements at the source. Every firm here describes its own Salesforce status, whether Summit, Gold or an award. Ask for the current tier and the names of certified consultants who would work on your account, and compare these with Salesforce's partner directory before you rely on any badge.
  • Be specific about which clouds you need. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Agentforce are different skill sets, and not every partner is equally strong in each. Share a short list of processes you want automated and ask each firm which of its listed services would cover them.
  • Ask what happens after go-live. Several firms list managed services, support or training alongside implementation. Request the scope in writing, including how data migration, user adoption and later changes are handled, and who you contact when something breaks. A cheaper build can become costly if support is vague.
  • Compare written proposals rather than websites. Request a scoped plan from two or three firms covering discovery, configuration, integrations with your finance or e-commerce tools, testing, training and timeline. Look at what is excluded, how change requests are handled, and whether the team is in Singapore or offshore.
