Project management training in Singapore splits into a few distinct routes: PMP and other PMI credentials, the PRINCE2 method, and Scrum or Agile certifications, each examined by a different body. This list covers seven providers whose own websites describe courses in at least one of those routes, from training companies to university executive-education arms. Training partner status is quoted only as each provider states it on its own pages, and we have left fees out because schedules and funding change often. Check the provider's current course page, confirm which credential and examiner the class prepares you for, and compare formats before you book.

1. NTUC LearningHub

NTUC LearningHub's course page for its Project Management Professional programme describes the company as an official PMI Authorised Training Partner, and it also mentions a 2025 regional award from PMI for instructor-led training. The page describes a 40-hour course delivered either as a virtual live class over Zoom or in a face-to-face classroom, and notes that SkillsFuture Credit and PSEA can be used for eligible Singapore Citizens. Beyond PMP, its course catalogue groups project-related offerings under Technology Management and Leadership, with vendor headings that include PMI, ICAgile, Scaled Agile and Scrum Alliance. The site does not give a venue on the course page we read, so confirm the classroom location when you enrol. It suits learners wanting PMP and Agile options together.

2. BridgingMinds Network

BridgingMinds Network's PMP page states it is a PMI Authorized Training Partner for 2026, and describes a five-day programme aligned with the PMBOK Guide Eighth Edition, offered as five full days or five weekends, in a facilitated classroom or virtually. Its PRINCE2 Foundation page says the course is run by BridgingMinds as an ATO of PeopleCert and that the three-day class carries an exam voucher and PMI PDUs, according to the page. It also lists PRINCE2 Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master and Agile project management foundation classes. Pages we read say SkillsFuture funding applies to eligible citizens and permanent residents. Its training centre sits at Vanguard Campus in Kallang, which makes it a handy one-stop option for combining PMP, PRINCE2 and Scrum learning.

3. ALC Training

ALC Training Pte Ltd is a Singapore project management training company whose site describes it as a Tier 1 provider of project management training since 1994. Its course listing covers PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, Scrum Master Certified, Professional Scrum Master, and a Fundamentals of Project Management class based on the PMBOK. It also lists programme-level methods such as MSP, MoP and P3O for people running larger change portfolios. The site describes in-person classroom delivery alongside in-house programmes tailored to a company, and says the group has offices in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. The page we read did not mention SkillsFuture or PMP exam preparation. It suits learners wanting PRINCE2 or AgilePM from a specialist.

4. NUS-ISS (Certified ScrumMaster)

NUS-ISS, the Institute of Systems Science at the National University of Singapore, lists a two-day Certified ScrumMaster course on its executive education pages. The page says the class is taught by Pete Deemer, a former chairman of the Scrum Alliance, and that the certification itself is an online assessment conducted by the Scrum Alliance after the course, with a two-year Scrum Alliance membership included. It adds that the programme is part of the institute's Digital Agility series and points IT professionals, team leaders and aspiring product owners towards a companion Certified Scrum Product Owner course. The page also describes SSG funding for eligible learners and lists the campus as the venue. It is an Agile and Scrum route, so look elsewhere for PMP preparation.

5. Trainocate Singapore

Trainocate's Singapore PMI page says that, as a PMI Authorized Training Partner, it helps individuals and organisations prepare for PMI certifications. The listing shows three courses: a five-day Project Management Professional class, a three-day Certified Associate in Project Management class for people starting out, and a three-day PMI-ACP class on Agile practice, each available as instructor-led or virtual instructor-led training. The page also names other PMI pathways such as risk, business analysis, programme and portfolio credentials that it says it supports. Its Singapore contact page lists an office in Fortune Centre. Fees are published on the page we read, and the site also refers to funded courses, so check the live schedule. It suits readers choosing between PMP, CAPM and PMI-ACP.

6. SMU Academy

SMU Academy, the continuing education arm of Singapore Management University, runs a project management course hub that frames the subject as practical planning, risk and stakeholder skills rather than exam preparation for a named credential. Titles on that page include Project Management Practice in Financial Industry, which it says covers DevOps and agile methods, Sustainability Project Management, and project modules within its supply chain and events certificates. The hub says its content uses frameworks such as Agile and Scrum for planning and scheduling, and it includes an FAQ section on SkillsFuture Credit and subsidies worth reading for current terms. Its contact page lists an admissions helpdesk at the university library. It suits managers who coordinate projects within a specific industry, not those pursuing PMP.

7. Invensis Learning

Invensis Learning's Singapore PMP page calls the company a Premier PMI Authorized Training Partner and says the course is delivered with PMI-aligned courseware. The page lists four formats: live virtual training, instructor-led classroom training, customised corporate group training, and one-to-one coaching. It names Marina Bay Sands and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia as its Singapore classroom locations, so classes are held in hotel venues rather than a dedicated training centre. Beyond PMP, the company lists CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, several advanced PMI credentials, plus Scrum, Agile, change management and business analysis courses. It is part of an international group, so the Singapore page is the place to confirm dates and instructors. It suits learners who want a flexible schedule across several credentials.

How to choose

  • Start with the credential, not the provider. PMP is a PMI exam, PRINCE2 is a method examined through PeopleCert, and Scrum certifications come from bodies such as the Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org. Pick the one your employer or target role asks for, then shortlist providers whose pages name that exact credential.
  • Read how each provider describes its status. Several pages here call the company a PMI Authorized Training Partner, while another says it is an ATO of PeopleCert. Those are the providers' own statements, so look for the same wording on the partner's site before paying, especially if you need the contact hours that PMP applications require.
  • Compare format and venue honestly. A five-day full-time class, a weekend schedule and a virtual live option suit very different lives. Ask where the classroom actually is, whether recordings are offered, and how much self-study sits outside class hours, because exam preparation usually continues well after the last session.
  • Check funding terms on the live page. Some providers mention SkillsFuture Credit or SSG funding, but eligibility depends on your age, residency and the specific course reference, and rules change. Use the course page and the official SkillsFuture portal to confirm what applies to you, and note whether the exam fee is included or billed separately.
  • Match the course to the work you do. A general project coordinator, a software team lead and a programme manager need different content. University executive-education courses often teach practical planning, while specialist firms focus on exam syllabuses. Ask for a syllabus, the instructor's background and a recent schedule before you commit.
