Professional Conference Organisers: a customer and a provider in a bright, modern setting

A professional conference organiser, or PCO, is the firm an association, society or company hires to run a congress, convention or summit: handling registration, abstract and speaker management, venue and supplier coordination, sponsorship and on-site delivery. This guide lists six PCOs with a Singapore presence, based on what each publishes on its own site, so some are Singapore-founded and others are regional or global firms with a local office. We have not verified their results, prices or awards, and every claim here is attributed to the firm. Use the list to shortlist two or three, then ask each for a proposal covering your delegate numbers, dates and format.

1. Ace:Daytons Direct

Ace:Daytons Direct (International) describes itself as a professional conference organiser that manages conferences and events across Asia Pacific from a Singapore office. Its site says the service is modular and scalable, with experience running events from about 20 delegates to more than 5,000, and it lists exhibitions, gala dinners, award ceremonies, incentives, product launches and training workshops alongside conferences. It also lists webinar, virtual and hybrid event management, an integrated technology offering and association management for professional societies and not-for-profit groups. The site cites a Singapore Tourism Awards win for an association conference and industry body membership; those are the firm's own statements. Worth a look when a society or company wants a single team handling registration, programme and on-site delivery.

2. International Conference Services (ICS)

International Conference Services, known as ICS, presents itself as a global event management company with a Singapore office at Suntec City alongside offices in North America, Europe and Japan. Its site describes three service lines: conference and event management, association management and online education. The conference side is laid out as planning and strategy, on-the-ground execution, attendee engagement such as registrations and apps, and on-site operations. Its featured events include congresses held in Asia and elsewhere, and the site says it has worked with associations since 1976. Its association page lists membership growth, governance support and financial management. This suits international societies and medical or scientific associations planning a congress in Singapore or around Asia-Pacific.

3. IA Meetings

IA Meetings, operating in Singapore as IA Services (SG), calls itself a conference organiser offering physical and virtual meeting solutions, with sister offices in India, Dubai and Germany. Its site lists international meetings, medical association meetings, association management, association meeting organising, corporate event management, registration management and meeting marketing solutions. It publishes client testimonials, including from a university department that used it for a hybrid symposium in Singapore. The site provides enquiry routes through an online form, an email address and a WhatsApp number. This may suit organisers who want a team that handles registration systems and delegate marketing as well as venue and programme logistics, particularly for scientific, medical or association meetings with overseas speakers and attendees travelling in.

4. MP International

MP International, also called MP Singapore, says it has been organising conferences, exhibitions and meetings since 1987 and is part of the Pico group. Its site groups its work under creative and community activation, data and technology, exhibitions and conferences, and high-level government meetings. A news post on its own site says it was named Best Professional Conference Organiser in Asia at the M&C Asia Stella Awards 2025, a claim attributed to the firm and its readers' vote, and another reports a 2026 Singapore Business Review award. The site also describes a move from one-off events to year-round community platforms. Consider it for larger business events, government meetings or industry congresses that need conference content alongside exhibition components.

5. CIMGLOBAL

CIMGLOBAL describes itself as a conference and association management company, and its site lists a Singapore office on Queen Street among its Asia locations alongside India and the Middle East. The site says it organises and manages conferences from start to finish, covering logistics and delivery, and its pages use the terms professional conference organiser, PCO and association management. Its case studies include bid support for international society meetings and conferences held in India and Dubai, so its published Singapore track record is lighter than its regional one. Enquiries can go to the Singapore office email shown on its contact details. It may suit associations looking for a PCO with an Asia, Middle East and Africa footprint and a Singapore point of contact.

6. Anderes Fourdy Events

Anderes Fourdy Events presents itself as an Asia-Pacific professional congress organiser led by Malaysian-based founders, with country tabs for Australia, Malaysia and Singapore and a named Director for Singapore on its team page. Its site lists congress organising, association management and virtual events, and says it works with associations, non-profit and corporate organisations on conferences and exhibitions. Trade press reported when the firm opened its Singapore arm in partnership with a local destination management company, though its own contact details show a Kuala Lumpur head office, so expect the firm to be based regionally rather than purely in Singapore. A reasonable shortlist option for associations planning rotating Asia-Pacific congresses where Singapore is one possible host city.

How to choose

Match the organiser to the event type. Medical and scientific congresses, association annual meetings and corporate summits need different strengths, such as abstract handling, sponsorship sales or high-end production. Check the firm's own pages for events like yours rather than relying on a general claim of conference experience.
Ask who does what on your account. Find out which services sit in-house, such as registration, programme management, exhibition sales and technology, and which are subcontracted. Request the named project team and how they will communicate with your committee before, during and after the event.
Clarify the commercial model in writing. Some organisers work on a fee, some share sponsorship or registration income, and some do both. Ask what is included, what is billed as pass-through costs, and who carries the financial risk if delegate numbers fall short of the plan.
Check relevant experience in Singapore and Asia. Local knowledge of venues, suppliers, visa letters and delegate travel can matter as much as global scale. Ask for examples of similar events, then speak to a past client yourself instead of relying only on published testimonials or awards.
Plan for hybrid and data needs. If you want online sessions, an event app or attendee data reports, ask how the firm runs them and who owns the registration data afterwards. Confirm how it handles personal data and what happens to records once the event closes.
