AI image by LocalRankRenting furniture and appliances can make sense when you are in Singapore for a posting, between homes, or staging a property for sale or lease, and buying a full set feels wasteful. This page covers companies that publish a home rental service on their own sites, from single-item hires to whole-home packages, and a few that include appliances. Everything below is drawn from what each company says about itself, so the descriptions are attributed rather than verified by us. Prices and lease terms change, so none are quoted. Use the list to shortlist two or three providers, ask each for a written quotation, and compare the details in the how-to-choose section.
1. Expats Furniture Rental
Expats Furniture Rental, often shortened to EFR, runs a showroom in Bukit Batok and describes four services on its site: long-term rental, short-term rental, home staging and an online clearance centre. The shop section of its short-term rental page lists appliances and lightings, including small kitchen items such as a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, vacuum cleaner and iron, which suits someone furnishing an empty flat for a few months. Its site carried a 2026 copyright line and a notice about its National Day opening hours when we read it, a sign that the business is active. It publishes a phone number and a contact form, so ask for the current short-term terms in writing before you commit.

2. Lian Huat Furniture Rental
Lian Huat Furniture Rental describes short-term and long-term furniture rental, plus home staging and what it calls home solution services. Its site organises the catalogue by room, covering living, dining, bedroom, study and balcony, and it also has an appliances category listing items such as a television, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner, along with household accessories like towel sets and bed linen. It offers pre-set packages and invites showroom visits, with the showroom in Kaki Bukit according to its contact details. A page on its site titled for 2026 describes delivery, installation and collection for short rentals. The site footer still shows an older copyright year, so confirm current availability and lease lengths directly.
3. WTP Furniture
WTP, which also trades as WTP The Furniture Company, offers furniture rental alongside its furniture business. Its long-term rental page describes flexible plans for a home or corporate unit, including designer-selected pieces and setup, and a separate short-term page invites you to submit a request form listing the items you want and the rental period, after which the team prepares a quotation. The short-term page mentions periods of one, three or six months, and says the team delivers and arranges the furniture at your property. The site carried a 2026 copyright line when we read it, and its contact page lists sales and phone contacts. We found no appliance rental on the site, so it suits furniture-only needs. Ask what the quotation covers.
4. Furnishly
Furnishly describes itself as a rental platform with a catalogue of more than 300 pieces. Its site says rental plans run from one to 24 months and can be extended, and that you choose the duration and start and end dates online. It also describes a buy-over option, where you can purchase a piece before the plan ends and rent paid so far counts toward the price, as well as pre-loved furniture rentals and monthly rentals for businesses. The menu includes an appliances category with kitchen, household and electronics subcategories, though the terms for those are not described on the page we read. The site showed a 2026 copyright line and publishes a WhatsApp contact, which makes it convenient for quick questions.

5. Singapore Furniture Rental
Singapore Furniture Rental lists home furniture rental on short, medium and long terms, and the same site also covers office pod rental, home staging and event furniture. Its online catalogue is organised by room, with product pages for pieces such as sofas, and the site says monthly rental pricing on listed items is based on a twelve-month term, so shorter commitments should be checked with the company. The newest dated post we saw on the site was from January 2025, and it showed no copyright year, so confirm that the business is taking current orders before relying on the catalogue. We did not see appliance rental described. The site publishes a sales email and contact form, and its phone details vary between pages.

6. Expats Partner
Expats Partner is a home-focused site that shares a phone line with the event furniture business Events Partner. Its page describes short-term and long-term furniture rental for homes, offices and companies, along with home, office and property staging, which makes it relevant for landlords preparing a unit as well as tenants. It also says you can rent appliances through Electrolux, which is unusual among the furniture specialists here, and it directs enquiries to a packages page and an enquiry form. The page metadata showed a last-modified date in April 2025, so it is older than some entries, and no street area is given on the page. Ask which appliances are in stock for rent and how the Electrolux arrangement works before you plan around it.

7. Flexisnug
Flexisnug is a furniture rental company whose lease terms third-party guides describe as flexible. Its own site blocked our automated request, so we have not read it directly. Guides published in 2025 and 2026 say it offers ready-made packages and a la carte pieces, with delivery, assembly and collection, and that tenants can buy pieces they have come to like or have furniture reused when they move home. One guide says delivery covers the whole island. Because we could not verify its current catalogue ourselves, treat the description as secondhand and open the site in your own browser. Ask the team what its minimum lease is, what happens if you leave early, and whether appliances can be added to a package.

How to choose
- Start with how long you will actually be in the home. Providers describe different minimum and maximum lease lengths, and some prefer longer terms. Ask each company in writing what the shortest and longest rental is, whether it can be extended, and what happens to your monthly arrangement if you leave Singapore sooner than planned.
- Ask what the quotation covers. Delivery, assembly, collection, damage cover and removal can each be included or charged separately, and wording differs by company. Request an itemised quote that lists every piece, the monthly amount, any deposit and any one-off fees, so two providers can be compared on the same basis.
- Check whether appliances are part of the offer. Some furniture specialists on this list describe fridges, washers or small kitchen items, while others say nothing, and brand subscription schemes work on longer terms. Confirm which models are available, who repairs a faulty unit, and how quickly a replacement can be arranged.
- Look at condition and options. Companies describe new, refurbished or ex-rental stock, and some offer a buy-over arrangement. Ask to see photos or visit the showroom, and ask what the company states about wear and tear, so you know in advance what counts as damage when you return the pieces.
- Confirm the business is trading now. Several sites on this list show older copyright lines or dated posts, and one blocked automated reading. Message or call before paying anything, ask for a written agreement, and keep delivery and collection dates in writing. If you are staging a property, ask whether the company will style the layout.
