AI image by LocalRankExperiential marketing agencies design and run the physical side of a brand campaign in Singapore: pop-up stores, mall atrium activations, roadshows, sampling stations and launch experiences. This guide covers eleven agencies whose own websites describe that kind of work, with 2025 or 2026 signs of activity. It is different from our event planners guide, which is aimed at corporate dinners and conferences, and from our booth builders guide, which is about exhibition stands. Read each profile for the formats it lists, then shortlist two or three and ask for case studies. Descriptions here are drawn from each agency's own pages and are attributed accordingly; they are not endorsements or rankings.
1. INX
INX describes itself as a brand experience and event management agency that has operated in Singapore since 2012. Its site lists brand activation alongside conference management, creative production, venue management and audio, visual, lighting and livestreaming support. For activation work it names pop-up booths, mobile marketing set-ups such as a customisable caravan-style event space and sampling carts, and immersive builds using interactive installations, projection mapping and gamification. It also lists fabrication and print for pop-up stores, staging and props, so one supplier can cover concept and build. The agency publishes an enquiry form and a general email on its contact page. This suits brands that want a single team to design, build and run an on-ground campaign from a Ubi base.
2. Unicom Marketing
Unicom Marketing presents itself as an activation and roadshow specialist, and its site is built around vehicles and mobile spaces. Its homepage lists brand activation covering advertising, product sampling, database collection and sales campaigns, plus mobile event spaces for roadshows, launches and pop-ups. The fleet it shows includes a Kombi van, trucks, LED trucks, an LED trailer, a bus and a newer pop-up space format, alongside retail entertainment with interactive devices. It also mentions virtual engagements and technology-led activations. The site carries 2026 blog posts and a contact page with a general enquiry email and WhatsApp-enabled numbers. Consider it when your brief is to take a campaign to different neighbourhoods rather than stay in one venue.

3. Haute Event Management
Haute Event Management runs a dedicated roadshow page that describes mall atrium roadshows, interactive brand activations, product sampling, short-run pop-up experiences and multi-stop tours with one modular build. It says its team handles venue booking, permits, booth build, promoters, audio-visual equipment and logistics, then reports footfall, engagement and leads after each campaign. Interactive installations such as photo walls and demos are listed as shareable formats, and launch tie-ins are offered for new products. The company's main site also covers wider event management, so it can be a single point of contact if a roadshow sits inside a bigger programme. Enquiries can go through its contact page, a phone line or WhatsApp. Ask for a sample post-campaign report before you commit.

4. Luxoria Entertainment
Luxoria Entertainment lists brand activation as a core service in Singapore, covering product launch activations, pop-up brand experiences, roadshows, in-store activations, sampling and promotional campaigns, guerrilla marketing and hybrid physical-digital formats. What sets its pitch apart, by its own description, is the talent side: the same company supplies entertainers such as LED acts, musicians and dancers, plus brand ambassadors, hostesses and promotional staff. It also publishes event management for corporate events, team building, exhibition booths and virtual or hybrid events. The site shows a 2026 footer and 2026 trend articles, and offers a contact page with a general email. It may suit campaigns where live performance and on-ground staff are a big part of the idea.

5. Right-Space
Right-Space is a Singapore events and design company that lists brand activation, experiential marketing and in-store activation among its services. Its site also covers event management and planning, event marketing, exhibitions and trade shows with booth design, live event production, commercial interior design, festive decorations and 3D visualisation. That mix points to a team able to design and build physical spaces as well as run the campaign inside them. The homepage shows a 2026 footer, and its contact page lists two phone lines, a WhatsApp link and an enquiry form. It is based in an industrial estate in the Defu area. Because it also builds exhibition booths, it appears on LocalRank's booth-builder guide; this page is about activation campaigns.
6. The Live Group
The Live Group is a Singapore agency whose homepage lists brand activation and experiential events, described as immersive brand experiences, next to event production, conferences, product launches and PR and marketing events. On its blog it frames experiential marketing as a way to make corporate and launch events more memorable, and it says it has years of experience in this field. The site is simple to navigate and the footer shows 2026. Enquiries go to a general email address or a phone number that also works on WhatsApp, according to the links on its page. Its pitch leans towards launches, brand events and PR-led occasions rather than mobile roadshows, so it fits brands wanting a staged, designed experience in a venue.
7. Twist Media
Twist Media markets itself as an event management company in Singapore, with brand activation and immersive pop-ups listed as one of its services. Its site also covers corporate event management, gala dinners, award ceremonies, annual dinner and dances, product launches, conferences, carnivals, large-scale exhibitions and hybrid events for in-room and remote audiences. The pages carry 2025 and 2026 content and a 2026 footer. A contact page offers an enquiry form, and the footer publishes a phone number and an office in the Pasir Panjang area, though the unit number differs between the header and footer, so confirm before visiting. It is a good fit if your activation needs to sit alongside a bigger programme such as a launch event or conference.

8. Mochi Collective
Mochi Collective describes itself as a Singapore-registered brand experience, programme design and events agency working mainly across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Its site lists four practices: brand experiences covering launches, activations and immersive moments; conferences and events; sponsor programmes in which partner activations are designed for renewal; and community and membership formats such as salons and dinners. It presents a smaller-studio approach, with a consultation booking link on the homepage instead of a separate contact page, and says it replies within a stated number of working days. The footer shows 2026. It may suit brands, sponsors or organisations that want an experience designed around people and community rather than a mass-footfall roadshow.

9. Bleu Marketing Studios
Bleu Marketing Studios positions itself as a Singapore brand activation and experiential marketing studio, with a specific focus on overseas brands entering Singapore and Southeast Asia. Its site describes pop-ups, cultural storytelling, retail activations and market-entry campaigns, so the offer is aimed at brands that need local knowledge as much as production. The page shows a 2026 footer and 2025 project imagery, and offers a general email through its enquiry link. It does not publish a street address or phone number on its homepage, so the first step is an email. Consider it if you are bringing a foreign brand to Singapore and want help adapting the story and the pop-up format to local audiences.

10. Fabrik
Fabrik calls itself a boutique experiential and events agency based in Singapore working with brands across Asia. Its site organises work into brand experiences, launches and showcases, community and culture, and lifestyle and entertainment, and also mentions festival concept, production and programming and curation. That puts it closer to the culture and lifestyle end of experiential marketing, where the idea is built around a scene or audience rather than a sales counter. The website shows a 2025 footer and publishes a general email and contact page; no phone number or street address is listed. Treat the most recent activity as something to confirm with a short enquiry, and ask for a few case studies in your category.

11. 4R Activation
4R Activation describes itself as an experiential marketing and out-of-home media agency in Singapore. On the experiential side its site lists pop-ups, sampling booths, guerrilla campaigns, creative installations and event production. It pairs that with out-of-home planning and buying across digital billboards, MRT and transit sites, buses, lift panels, hawker-centre formats and mall displays, so a brand can use media to point people to a physical activation. The site shows a Christmas 2025 project caption and 2026 image uploads, and its contact page links to a WhatsApp chat. It names no neighbourhood base, saying only that it works across Singapore. It suits brands, including digital-first ones, that want a physical presence supported by city-wide media.

How to choose
- Start with the format you need. A mobile roadshow, a mall atrium takeover, a pop-up store and an invitation-only launch need different skills and equipment. Check the agency's own pages for the specific format, and ask for a recent example of that exact type rather than a general portfolio of events.
- Clarify who builds and who runs. Some agencies design the concept and subcontract fabrication, while others publish in-house build, promoters and logistics. Ask who handles venue booking, permits, staffing and dismantling, and get that division written into the proposal so nothing falls between suppliers on the day.
- Ask how results will be reported. Agencies may mention footfall, engagement, sampling counts or leads. Agree in advance which measures matter for your brief, how they are counted and when you will receive the report, rather than accepting a general promise of impact after the campaign ends.
- Check how current the agency is. Look for recent projects, dated blog posts or active social accounts, and ask for references from the last year or two. Where an agency states awards, client names or approvals on its site, treat those as its own statements and confirm them directly.
- Match the agency to your scale and brand. A global brand entering Singapore, a local retailer and a start-up need different support. Compare how each team describes its clients and approach, request a written scope with exclusions, and ask what is included in the quote before comparing totals.
