AI image by LocalRankA long layover, a late flight or a day of meetings can all be easier with a proper bed and a shower for a few hours instead of a full night. Singapore has two kinds of option: transit hotels inside Changi Airport, and ordinary hotels that sell a daytime block of a room. This list covers six that describe the service on their own websites. Details such as hours, minimum blocks and eligibility are each hotel's published wording, and offers change, so confirm them with the hotel before you travel. We leave prices out because they move often, and every entry is written from the hotel's own page.
1. Changi Transit Hotel
Changi Transit Hotel is operated by CTS Hospitality, according to the copyright line on its website, and offers short-stay rooms inside the airport's departure transit areas. The site lists Terminal 1, near Gate D40, and Terminal 3, beside the movie theatre, as open now, with a Terminal 2 branch listed from 3 November 2026. It says minimum hourly blocks apply and that guests stay in the transit area without clearing Singapore immigration. It also says a valid onward boarding pass is required and that children must be accompanied by an adult. Booking runs through a Book Your Stay button, and the site also publishes an email address, a phone line and a WhatsApp-only number for questions. Check current block lengths first.

2. YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport
YOTELAIR sits on the fourth floor of Jewel Changi Airport, on the public side of immigration rather than in the transit halls. Its page describes cabins that can be booked by the night or by the hour, with a four-hour minimum for hourly and day bookings and a same-day day-stay window running from morning to late evening. It lists Premium Queen, accessible and Family cabin types, and says hourly requests and day rates are made by emailing the hotel, while overnight stays are booked on its booking site. The site also mentions walk-in private shower cabins. It notes that arriving travellers must clear immigration to reach the hotel, so this suits layovers where you are happy to enter Singapore.

3. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport
Crowne Plaza Changi Airport has a dedicated day-use room page for short stays and stopovers. The hotel says day use runs from 8am to 8pm in six-hour or eight-hour blocks, with extra hours available, and describes a standard room with a work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a separate bath and rain shower. To book, you complete the online reservation form on the page, giving a date and an arrival time within that window, or contact the hotel by email or phone. The page says bookings are subject to availability and that terms apply. The hotel gives its address at Terminal 3 but does not say whether it links to the transit area, so ask before you rely on that.

4. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering
The hotel's Garden Daycation offer is a same-day room, with check-in at 8am and check-out at 6pm, aimed at people who want a quiet working or resting space in town. Its page says the room has a multi-functional desk, in-room coffee and tea, internet access and parking, and that the stay includes access to the Wellness Floor with its fitness centre and infinity pool. It states a maximum of two guests per room and that the offer is bookable until 31 December 2026, subject to availability and blackout dates. Booking is through a Book Now button, and the page publishes a cancellation rule. It also flags works on the wellness floor in October 2026, so check pool arrangements first.

5. Dorsett Singapore
Dorsett Singapore sells a four-hour DayStay with flexible check-in between 11am and 5pm, and its offer page asks guests to note their estimated arrival time in the special request box when booking. The page lists unlimited internet access, in-room coffee or tea facilities and a discount at its in-house restaurant, along with access to the outdoor pool, a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundromat. It says extra hours can be added for a per-hour charge and that the offer is available through direct booking channels only, with a validity period running to 31 December 2026. Cancellation terms, blackout dates and availability conditions are printed on the page, and it names a reservations email address for questions. It suits a mid-day rest.
6. Naumi Hotel
Naumi Hotel is a boutique property on Seah Street in the Bras Basah-Bugis district, and its website carries a standing Day Use Package page. The page says the package gives up to six consecutive hours between 11am and 5pm in a Habitat King, Habitat Twin or Oasis room, each sleeping up to two adults. It lists unlimited Wi-Fi, use of the three-level gym and the rooftop infinity pool, and says the package is non-refundable with terms attached. You can enquire or book by emailing the hotel, using the Enquire Now button or checking availability through the booking widget, and the page also gives a phone number. The page shows no end date, so confirm the offer is current when you ask.

How to choose
- Decide whether you want to stay inside the airport or enter Singapore. Transit hotels describe themselves as for travellers who stay airside, while a landside cabin or hotel room means clearing immigration. Ask the hotel which applies to your passport, route and boarding pass before you pay or leave the transit hall.
- Read the block length and clock window the hotel publishes. Some sell hourly blocks with a minimum, others sell a fixed window such as a morning to evening slot. Match the block to your flight times, and add a buffer for the walk to your gate or the airport transfer back.
- Check what the room price includes, because day-use pages differ. Wi-Fi, a desk, pool or gym access, breakfast or a drink may be listed or left out. Ask for the inclusions in writing and note anything that is shared with overnight guests, such as pool opening hours.
- Look at the cancellation and change terms before booking. Several day-use offers state that they are non-refundable or carry a penalty for late changes, and flight delays happen. If your schedule is uncertain, ask whether the booking can be moved and what the hotel needs to see.
- Confirm the offer is still valid on the day. Many day-use pages carry an end date, blackout dates or availability limits, and facilities such as pools can close for works. Email or call the hotel to check the date, the room type and who may stay, including children, then keep the confirmation.
