A clinic management system now sits at the centre of a Singapore practice: it books appointments, holds the patient record, produces the bill and, for many GPs, submits subsidy claims and contributes to the national record. Choosing one is a multi-year commitment, so it pays to compare carefully. This guide lists eight vendors that publish clinic software for local practices, summarised from their own websites and from Synapxe's published Healthier SG compliance list dated June 2026. We leave out pricing, which depends on clinic size and modules. Use the list to build a shortlist, then ask each vendor for a live demo, a data-migration plan and a written scope of what is included.

1. UNO Technologies

UNO Technologies Pte Ltd offers a clinic management system built around Singapore general practice, and its site also carries a separate dental version. The GP page lists appointment and registration handling, a real-time queue, EMR, billing with SmartCMS claims pre-submission and eligibility checks, NEHR and Healthier SG links, digital medical certificates and referrals, and several lab integrations. The dental page describes odontogram and periodontal charting, imaging integration and Dental CHAS automation with pre-submission checks. UNO says its software holds a CSA cybersecurity certification, and it appears on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG list. The site also names group, allied health and physiotherapy practices among its users. A reasonable starting point for a clinic wanting GP or dental workflows from one vendor.

2. Plato Medical

Plato Medical Pte Ltd markets Plato as a clinic operating system for specialist, GP, dental, aesthetic and group practices. Its site lists online appointment booking, billing that covers standard invoices, packages and third-party payors, a payments feature called PlatoPay, EMR with several input methods, inventory management and direct lab and radiology results. It names specialist, GP, dental, allied health and aesthetic practices among the clinics it serves, and shows regional contact numbers for Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the Philippines, which suggests it supports multi-country groups. Plato CMS also features on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG compliant list. Specialist clinics and multi-site groups looking for broad billing flexibility could add it to a demo shortlist.

3. SGiMED Hummingbird

SGiMED, which describes itself as The Healthcare Systems Company, sells the Hummingbird clinic management system, and its site has a dedicated dental page. That page describes dental and periodontal charting, personalised treatment plans, quotations and fee estimates, direct insurance claim submission, appointment scheduling, card and mobile wallet payments, and dental supply inventory. The site extends the same platform to GP, group, specialist, aesthetic, allied health and TCM practices, as well as radiology centres and active ageing centres. SGiMED Hummingbird E-Clinic is on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG list, and the homepage shows NEHR compliance logos. Worth a look for clinics that want one platform across several practice types, and for dental groups who would like to test the charting and treatment-plan screens at a demo.

4. Clinic Assist (Assurance Technology)

Clinic Assist is the product of Assurance Technology Pte Ltd, and its website lists appointments, invoicing with InvoiceNow integration, EMR through case notes, queue management, inventory and AI-assisted case notes. Product pages mention SMS, WhatsApp and email reminders, automatic subsidy calculation across schemes, MIMS drug-interaction checks, lab report import, NEHR submission and a Healthier SG enrolment dashboard. The company says it serves GP, dental, specialist, TCM, aesthetic and group practices, and its GP version appears on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG list. Because the site presents separate versions, ask which edition suits your clinic type and which modules are included. A natural candidate for GPs and group practices that want a local vendor with versions for several clinic types.

5. Galen Health

Galen Health Pte Ltd offers a clinic management system aimed at solo practitioners and medical groups. Its site lists patient scheduling and registration, EMR, doctor clinical notes, lab report integration, claims management, drug inventory, and both medical and corporate billing, plus a cash flow overview and approval workflows. Galen says it is a Gold Tier-1 participant in the SmartCMS programme, connected to CHAS, PHPC and Healthier SG, with NEHR integration and National Immunisation Registry support. The homepage displays client logos including Healthway Medical, IOG and Tooth Stories. Galen Health is also on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG list. Clinics with corporate patients or several doctors may find its billing and approval tools relevant to their daily routine.

6. GPConnect (Synapxe)

GPConnect is a clinic management system and EMR developed by Synapxe, the national healthcare technology agency, for GPs and clinic staff. Its page lists patient registration, consultation notes, electronic prescriptions with drug-interaction and allergy alerts, billing and automated claim submissions, NEHR contribution and SmartCMS compatibility covering CHAS and Healthier SG services. Connected labs named include Innoquest, Eurofins, Reste Lab, Pathlab, Parkway Lab and Biomedic Labs. Synapxe says GPConnect has been adopted by over 200 GP clinics since 2017 and holds CSA Cyber Essentials certification. It is a Tier-1 Healthier SG compatible system and appears on Synapxe's own June 2026 list. Solo and small GP clinics wanting the national option should include it in their comparison.

7. OtterSG (MaNaDr)

OtterSG is an AI clinic management and EHR platform from MaNaDr Pte Ltd, the vendor Synapxe lists for the product. Its website lists smart scheduling and capacity management, integrated billing and invoicing, structured EHR, AI-assisted transcription and clinical documentation, and built-in teleconsultation on its Advanced plan. The integrations section shows MediSave and CHAS as connected, which is useful for clinics weighing subsidy workflows. The site says it serves family medicine clinics and multi-location practice groups in Singapore and abroad. OtterSG is on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG list under MaNaDr. Clinics that want AI note-taking and telehealth in the same system as their records could shortlist it, then ask for a demonstration of each module.

8. Vanda CMS (Medicare Asia)

Vanda is a clinic management system published by Magicsoft Asia Systems Pte Ltd and presented on the Medicare Asia website. The site describes online patient self-registration, displays of available doctors and live schedules, automatic reminders and notifications, queue management, medical records, multi-branch support with custom branding and an analytics dashboard for bookings and performance. It says the platform serves general practices and specialist clinics, mentioning ophthalmology and TCM modules. Vanda CMS appears on Synapxe's June 2026 Healthier SG compliant list. The site publishes clinic management guides and a demo booking route, though its homepage does not spell out subsidy or claim features, so ask the vendor to show those directly. A fit for multi-branch specialist groups.

How to choose

  • Check the Healthier SG status first. Synapxe publishes a list of compliant clinic management systems, with a June 2026 update, and a clinic enrolling residents or claiming CHAS needs a system on it. Confirm the exact product and version your vendor is quoting appears there, not just the company name.
  • Ask each vendor to demonstrate claims on a real scenario. Pages mentioning MediSave, CHAS or insurer billing differ in detail, so have them walk through a CHAS visit, a chronic-disease claim and a corporate invoice. Note what is automated and what staff still key in manually.
  • Match the system to the clinic type. Dental practices need odontogram and periodontal charting, GPs need dispensing and drug-interaction alerts, and specialists often need referral tracking. A product built for one type can feel awkward in another, so test the screens your own doctors will use every day.
  • Understand data ownership and migration before signing. Ask how existing patient records move in, what format you can export them in if you leave, and who supports the changeover. Also confirm backups, access controls and the cybersecurity certifications each vendor mentions, and request them in writing.
  • Look at support and total scope, not only the feature list. Ask about training, support hours, upgrade policy and which modules sit in the quote, such as queue, telehealth, AI notes or inventory. A written scope that names each module prevents surprise add-ons after the clinic goes live.
