AI image by LocalRankChillers and cooling towers sit quietly on rooftops and in plant rooms until one fails, and then a whole building or production line feels it. This page is for facility managers, factory owners and building committees who need a company that services central cooling plant rather than ordinary home aircon. Each firm below publishes chiller or cooling tower servicing on its own website, and we describe only what those pages say. The order is not a ranking, and we have not tested any firm's work. Read the scope each company lists, shortlist two or three, and ask each to inspect your equipment on site before it quotes anything.
1. Techtimia Engineering
Techtimia Engineering gives cooling tower care its own service page, aimed at commercial complexes, manufacturing plants and industrial facilities. That page sets out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing, water quality testing and chemical treatment, mechanical component overhaul and repair, system upgrades and optimisation, and emergency breakdown repairs. The company also publishes a wider HVAC and ACMV services page covering residential, commercial and industrial spaces, which may suit an estate with mixed equipment. Enquiries can be made through a contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp, and the site lists weekday and Saturday operating hours. Its footer carries a 2026 copyright date. As with any contractor, ask exactly what a routine visit covers before you agree to a schedule.

2. Winsteam Engineering and Construction
Winsteam presents itself as an ACMV installation and maintenance contractor serving hotels, hospitals and laboratories, data centres, offices, factories and cleanroom facilities. A May 2026 article on its site explains what a maintenance contract might include: a bi-annual chiller inspection covering motor and compressor checks, a refrigerant leak test and a performance log review, plus monthly visual cooling tower inspections and a bi-annual review of chemical dosing. The company says it surveys a system before quoting instead of guessing a figure. Its pages use wording such as BCA and SCDF compliant and SS 553 certified works, which are the company's own statements rather than anything we have checked. Quotes are requested through a form or by phone.
3. Unite Coils
Unite Coils describes itself as a coil specialist that has focused on optimising HVAC coils for energy savings since 2011. Its services page goes well beyond coils, listing maintenance and servicing for cooling towers, chillers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units and VRV systems. Chiller items include overhaul of high-tension water-cooled chillers, annual shut-down servicing, and leak checking and repair, and it also lists heat pump servicing and a steam cleaning method it presents as chemical-free. The firm says it assesses a client's airside system before recommending work, and its site offers a free consultation through a contact page, with WhatsApp also shown. The page footer is dated 2025, and the services page also mentions energy-saving coil work.

4. Stolz Engineering
Stolz Engineering positions itself as a specialist in cooling tower technologies and equipment, with a Singapore office and operations listed in Malaysia and Thailand. Its homepage lists consultation and problem analysis, installation, testing and commissioning, parts replacement, and services and maintenance, and it names data centres, petrochemicals, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and healthcare among the sectors it works with. The site also refers to Marley cooling tower solutions across Southeast Asia, so it may suit owners of that equipment or anyone planning a new tower alongside ongoing upkeep. Enquiries go through an office email, a phone line or a contact page. Ask how it scopes a maintenance visit for the type and age of tower you operate.

5. A-Gas Singapore
A-Gas is better known as a refrigerant lifecycle business, but its Singapore air conditioning and mechanical ventilation page lists hands-on chiller work as well. It describes routine monthly servicing in which chiller readings are taken and overall condition is checked, preventative maintenance with chemical descaling and compressor overhaul, annual shut-down of chiller plant systems, and cooling tower service and maintenance. The same page also mentions fan coil, air handling and direct expansion systems. Its Singapore contact page invites product and service queries, and lists a phone line and a Jurong-area address. Because refrigerants are its core line, it may appeal if gas handling or recovery is part of your chiller job. Ask how its service team would cover your site.
6. MET Engineering Services
MET Engineering Services is a Singapore facilities-services company whose chiller page covers industrial water chillers, plant design, installation, optimisation and preventive maintenance for commercial and industrial buildings. It says it has more than 25 years in the industry and claims to have introduced oil-free magnetic-levitation centrifugal chillers to Asia in 2005. The page states its services comply with BCA environmental sustainability legislation requirements, which is the company's own wording. MET also runs air-conditioning and pest-control lines, so it may suit a building that wants one contractor for several services. Customers can use an online appointment booking page, a service request form, email or phone, and the company keeps Facebook and Instagram accounts under a single handle.
How to choose
- Match the scope to your equipment. Chillers and cooling towers are different machines, and some firms list one and only touch the other lightly. Check that the page names your type, such as water-cooled or air-cooled chillers, and ask whether the visit includes cooling tower cleaning, water treatment and mechanical checks.
- Ask for a site inspection before a quotation. A firm that prices a plant without seeing it is guessing, and the work can balloon later. A visit lets the contractor see age, brand, access and past repairs, and lets you compare like-for-like written scopes from two or three companies.
- Ask for registration and accreditation details, and verify them yourself. Several sites make compliance or certification statements, but those are the company's own words. Request the scope, document or registration number for the work you need, and check it with the issuing body rather than relying on a website line.
- Clarify what happens in a breakdown. Some firms mention round-the-clock repair, others do not. Ask who answers the phone out of hours, how quickly a technician usually attends under your contract, whether spare parts are held locally, and whether emergency visits sit inside the agreement or are charged separately.
- Understand the reporting and records you will receive. A good contractor leaves a written log of readings, findings and recommendations after each visit. Ask to see a sample report, how overhauls and annual shutdowns are scheduled, and how water treatment results are shared, so you can track the plant's condition over time.
