Chauffeur and limousine services in Singapore cover more than wedding cars: airport meet-and-greet, hourly hire for a day of meetings, corporate accounts and family trips across the Causeway. This guide is about that everyday chauffeur question rather than car rental or wedding hire, which we cover separately. Each company below is described using what its own website says about services, fleet and how to enquire. Licensing and approval wording is the company's own statement, not ours, and we show no prices because they change and differ by vehicle and hours. Read the how-to-choose notes, then message two or three operators with your date, pickup point and passenger count.

1. Singapore Limousine

Singapore Limousine presents itself as a long-running chauffeur company, with its site carrying a copyright line that begins in 1937. The service list includes Changi Airport pickups with flight tracking, point-to-point and hourly chauffeur hire, a corporate chauffeur service and cross-border transfers into Peninsular Malaysia, alongside tours and wedding cars. The fleet it describes runs from Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class and BMW 7 Series sedans to Toyota Alphard and Vellfire MPVs, plus private buses and executive coaches. The footer states that it offers licensed chauffeur and private hire transport; that is the company's own wording, so ask what it covers. It lists a WhatsApp line, an email address and a contact page for quotes.

2. Titanium Limousines

Titanium Limousines lists a broad menu of chauffeured work on its site, including airport transfer limousines, hourly chauffeur service, corporate and VIP limousines, maxicab transfers, event transport and car rental with driver. Its described fleet spans Mercedes-Benz S-Class and E-Class sedans, the V-Class seven-seater, Toyota Alphard and Vellfire MPVs, and economy Noah and Camry cars, with a Hi-Ace thirteen-seater for groups. The company shows a Tanjong Pagar business address, a phone and WhatsApp number, an enquiry email and a contact-us page, and its footer carries a 2026 date. It does not print licence details on the page we read, so ask for those directly when you enquire about a corporate booking today.

3. Veloce Limo

Veloce Limo, registered as Veloce Limo Pte Ltd, describes airport and business transfers with flight monitoring at Changi, an hourly chauffeur service, event and wedding transport, and family or group travel. Its site sets out each vehicle with passenger and luggage capacity: Toyota Camry, Noah and Voxy, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Alphard and Vellfire MPVs, and a Hiace high-roof thirteen-seater. That luggage-by-vehicle table is handy when you are matching a car to a family or a client group with suitcases. The company lists separate lines for corporate sales and customer service, a sales email and WhatsApp, and shows a Marina Bay office in its footer, with a 2026 copyright and recent blog posts too.

4. S3 Transport & Limousine Services

S3 Transport & Limousine Services lists airport arrival and departure transfers, point-to-point trips, hourly hire with a stated three-hour minimum, corporate services, city tours and Malaysia tours on its site. The fleet it names includes the Toyota Alphard, a six-seat MPV, Mercedes V-Class and E-Class vehicles, standard sedans, and nine- and thirteen-seater Hiace vans. Its airport page says you can give flight details ahead of time and choose a meet-and-greet or a driveway pickup. The company shows a Paya Lebar office that it says is by appointment only, a combined phone and WhatsApp number, and a contact page. Its footer carries a 2026 copyright, and a published email address was not seen.

5. Elite Lux Limousine Services

Elite Lux Limousine Services describes airport transfers across Changi's terminals, a private chauffeur service, corporate and conference transport, a family office driver arrangement, and car hire with driver to Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Vehicles on its site range from Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class sedans and Toyota Noah and Voxy MPVs to Alphard, Vellfire and V-Class luxury MPVs and a Hiace thirteen-seater. The site states that its fleet and drivers are licensed with the LTA and that chauffeurs hold private hire car driver vocational licences; these are the company's own statements and no licence numbers are printed. It shows a UEN, a WhatsApp booking button and a contact page, and its footer and articles carry 2026 dates.

6. Hexogon Limousine

Hexogon Limousine says on its site that it is a subsidiary of Payless Autofleet Rental, and it lists hourly, point-to-point and long-distance chauffeur trips, Changi Airport transfers, corporate transport and transport for weddings, concerts and other special events. The vehicles shown include the Toyota Alphard, Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class models, a stretch limousine, a Toyota Commuter thirteen-seat maxicab and a Denza D9 electric MPV, which stands out for anyone who prefers an electric ride to the airport. Bookings run through an online booking page or the WhatsApp number printed on the site. No business address or email was visible when we read it, and the footer carries a 2026 copyright line too.

7. MySingaporeDriver

MySingaporeDriver, which trades as MSD, groups its offering into general, corporate, national-event, tourism and day-to-day categories. Its site lists point-to-point transfers, hourly charter, airport and cruise-terminal car service, corporate ground transport, film-crew shuttles, transport for large events, weddings, property viewings, an outsourced personal driver and wheelchair-accessible rides. Vehicles are described as ranging from sedans through limousines and executive cars to field buses, matched to group size. The company says its chauffeurs hold a private hire car driver's vocational licence from the LTA and that its vehicles are regulated by the LTA; that is its own wording. It lists an email, a phone line and a contact page, with an appointment-only Changi office.

8. Platinum Maxi Cab

Platinum Maxi Cab, also styled Platinum Maxi Cab and Limousine Services, centres on fixed-price Changi transfers and says tolls and surcharges are included. Its site also lists corporate transport with monthly billing, hourly charter for three to eight hours, group and MICE transport, wedding cars, wheelchair transport and grand prix weekend runs. The fleet it describes covers Mercedes V-Class and S-Class cars, Vito and Hiace nine-seaters, thirteen-seat minibuses and larger coaches. The page describes its drivers as licensed, uniformed and vetted, which is the company's own claim. A phone and WhatsApp line are shown and the footer is dated 2026, but no email was visible, and the company-number line looks like a placeholder, so ask for registration details.

How to choose

  • Decide first whether you need a one-way airport transfer or hourly chauffeur hire, because operators in this list structure these differently. Several state a minimum number of hours for hourly bookings, so ask how the clock starts and stops, including waiting time at the arrivals hall or between meetings.
  • Match the vehicle to the passengers and luggage, not just the headcount. Veloce Limo publishes passenger and bag capacity per vehicle, which is a useful model to ask others for. Alphard-style MPVs, V-Class vans and thirteen-seat minibuses all carry different amounts, so request the figure for your specific car in writing.
  • Treat licensing wording as each company's own statement. Elite Lux, MySingaporeDriver and Singapore Limousine describe LTA-related or licensed operation on their sites, while others print nothing. Ask any shortlisted company what approvals it holds for chauffeur work and request the paperwork, then verify it independently with the issuing body.
  • Ask what the quoted fare includes before you confirm. Parking, tolls, midnight or public-holiday surcharges, child seats, extra stops and flight-delay waiting are handled differently by each operator. Get the final amount and cancellation terms in a message you can keep, rather than relying on a figure seen on a directory page.
  • Check how you will reach the company and how fast it replies. Most listed operators publish a WhatsApp line, and several add an email address or contact page, but a few show only one route. Send a specific enquiry with date, pickup point and passenger count to see who answers clearly and promptly.
