AWS Cloud Partners: a customer and a provider in a bright, modern settingAI image by LocalRank

Choosing an AWS partner in Singapore is less about brand names and more about fit: do you need a one-off migration, a team to run your environment every day, or help adding generative AI to existing systems? This list compares six consultancies that publish AWS-related services on their own sites and show a Singapore office or a clear route to enquire from Singapore. Partner tiers, competencies and certifications are quoted as each company states them, not as LocalRank's verdict. Read each write-up, shortlist two or three, and use the buying tips below to ask for scoping details in writing before you commit.

1. Axrail

Axrail describes itself on its site as an AWS Premier Partner with generative AI expertise, with a Singapore office at Chinatown Point and a second in Kuala Lumpur. Its homepage groups the work into document, decision and conversational intelligence, finance operations automation and infrastructure modernisation, the last covering data warehousing, cloud migration and cloud-native applications. It also sets out three engagement styles, which it calls do it for you, do it with you and do it yourself, so a team can choose how much to hand over. Its logos and case studies span retail, publishing, healthcare and customer support. Enquiries start with a discovery call booked through its contact page. A good fit if you want AWS plus applied AI work from one team.

2. 1CloudHub

1CloudHub lists Singapore first among its offices, alongside Chennai, the United States, Dubai and the Philippines. Its site calls it an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and shows an AWS Generative AI Services Competency, both stated as the firm's own claims. The AWS menu runs from cloud, application and database migration to modernisation, Lambda and EKS work, DevSecOps and SysOps, CloudFront content delivery, Graviton cost work and Well-Architected reviews. It names sectors including financial services, retail, media, logistics, manufacturing, telecom and healthcare. Its pitch is value-focused delivery, and the company reports offices and certification counts on its homepage. Enquire through the contact page. Suits mid-size and larger businesses that want a broad AWS menu from one provider.

3. Cloud Kinetics

Cloud Kinetics lists a Singapore office on Phillip Street and further offices across Southeast Asia, India and the United States. Its homepage highlights an AWS Generative AI Competency announcement and an AWS managed services case study, and shows AWS-branded partner labels. Services are grouped as cloud solutions, including migration, managed services, automation and cloud cost management, plus application modernisation, containerisation, DevOps, data and analytics, and AI. Dedicated pages cover manufacturing and financial services, and its stories mention telecom, government and fintech. The company says it holds many cloud certifications and customers, figures best checked with the firm directly. Reach it via its contact form or the general enquiries address on its contact page. Suits organisations wanting migration and ongoing management together.

4. DG Global Technology

DG Global Technology positions itself on its homepage as an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, a status it states itself, with its Singapore office at Paya Lebar Square and a second in Jakarta. Its AWS pages describe design and architecture, build and migration, and ongoing management and optimisation, covering infrastructure, security and compliance, cost management, backup and disaster recovery, performance and DevOps automation. It mentions migration approaches aimed at limiting downtime, application modernisation and database migration with AWS DMS. Case studies cover telecoms, media and entertainment, retail, technology, private equity and publishing. It also lists a generative AI offering. Enquiries run through the schedule-consultation and email buttons on the site. A fit for teams wanting managed AWS operations alongside project work.

5. enreap

enreap runs a Singapore office on Robinson Road and presents cloud transformation as one of its main services, with AWS listed among its partners. Its site says it offers end-to-end platform management with round-the-clock support across Atlassian, AWS and DevOps, plus certified specialists who can work alongside client teams on flexible terms. The AWS work covers moving, updating and running workloads with attention to security, cost and sector compliance, according to its homepage. Atlassian service management is the firm's more prominent specialism, so it suits companies that want AWS support close to their Jira and IT service tooling. The site does not name an AWS partner tier. Use the contact page to reach the team, noting the footer button points to careers.

6. ECS Cloud Infotech

ECS Cloud Infotech calls itself an AWS cloud consulting and managed services provider in Singapore, with a Sim Lim Square office listed on its site. It says its consultants are AWS certified and refers to an AWS partnership without naming a tier. Services listed include consulting, workload migration to AWS, managed services, security and compliance, DevOps automation and cloud application transformation. It offers a free cloud assessment and a free proof of concept, as it describes them, and mentions AWS training. A banner states the firm is an IMDA pre-approved vendor for AI implementation, which is its own claim. Its footer shows 2024 to 2025 dates, so confirm current availability. Contact is by phone, email or its consultation booking buttons.

How to choose

  • Ask the partner what AWS partner tier or competency it claims and where that is listed, then verify it yourself on AWS's partner directory. Several firms here state their own status, so treat the website as a claim to check, and confirm the status covers the service you actually need.
  • Decide whether you need a project partner or an ongoing operator. Migration and modernisation are one-off efforts, while managed services mean continuing responsibility for monitoring, backups and support. Ask who answers a fault after hours, how handovers work, and what happens to your environment if you leave.
  • Request a written scope before any commitment. Good proposals name which AWS services are in play, who owns the account and billing, how costs will be tracked, and what is excluded. Be wary of vague promises, and compare quotes on identical scope rather than headline figures.
  • Look for sector fit. A firm that shows case studies in your industry, such as retail, finance, media or manufacturing, will usually already understand your compliance and data concerns. Ask to speak with a reference customer of similar size, and ask which team members would actually do the work.
  • Check grants and funding claims carefully. Some providers mention government grants or free assessments and credits. Ask what is covered, who is eligible and what conditions apply, and confirm the details with the grant agency or AWS directly instead of relying on the partner's summary of the scheme.
