Stock that sits on the floor wastes space, and a warehouse, workshop or shop unit eventually runs out of it. Racking, shelving and mezzanine platforms are how most Singapore businesses add storage without moving premises. This guide covers six suppliers whose own websites describe pallet racking, industrial shelving or mezzanine work for business customers. We list what each publishes about its range and how to enquire, and we do not rank them or quote prices, because the right choice depends on your load, ceiling height and landlord. Read the profiles, shortlist two or three, and use the buying notes at the end to compare site surveys and quotations.

1. NTL Storage Solutions

NTL Storage Solutions is a Yishun-based racking supplier with a broad catalogue on its website. Under pallet racking it lists selective, double-deep, very narrow aisle, drive-in and drive-through systems, alongside heavy-duty and cantilever racks for long or awkward loads. For lighter stock it shows longspan and boltless shelving, plus manual and mechanical mobile shelving. On the mezzanine side it describes modular super-block floors and rack-supported platforms, and it also lists racking accessories and some material-handling equipment. Its blog carries posts dated through September 2026, which points to an active business. The site publishes an enquiry email, a main phone line and a contact page, so you can ask for a quotation before committing. As always, ask for load ratings and the installation scope in writing.

2. Storage Centre

Storage Centre describes itself as a Singapore storage solutions firm with more than three decades of expertise. Its site groups products into adjustable pallet racking, which includes double-deep, very narrow aisle, drive-in, push-back and cantilever systems, then mezzanine floors, long-span and boltless medium-duty shelving, and compactus mobile shelving in manual, mechanical and powered forms. It also lists integrated systems such as radio shuttle, gravity flow and mini-load storage, plus accessories such as column guards. Beyond supply, the company says it handles custom design, installation, rack checks and maintenance, and space-planning consultation. The footer shows a 2026 copyright, and a contact page, phone numbers and an enquiry email are published for requesting a proposal. Confirm site-visit arrangements when you call.

3. RackPro.sg

RackPro.sg presents itself as a mezzanine floor contractor and warehouse racking specialist, operating under Greenland Construction Pte Ltd. Its site lists mezzanine floors and platforms, warehouse pallet racks, industrial shelving and compact loft platforms for homes, so it can suit both a small business and a household. It also describes engineering coordination for racking and platform projects, and names its project lead as a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil), in the firm's own wording. Enquiries run through WhatsApp or a Request Site Assessment form, and the page suggests sending photos, floor area, ceiling height, intended use and any landlord or management correspondence. It adds that outcomes depend on a site assessment and authority requirements. The footer carries a 2026 copyright, and no office address is published.

4. Asia M&E

Asia M&E says it supplies and installs a wide range of storage racks in Singapore. Its product pages split into heavy-duty racks, which include drive-in, pallet, pallet-flow, twin-frame and push-back types, medium-duty racks and shelves, light-duty and foldable shelving, and mezzanine floors and platforms, including rack-supported structures. It also shows a mezzanine projects page for examples of past work. The contact page offers an enquiry form where you choose the rack system you need, such as heavy duty, medium duty, light duty shelves or mezzanine racks, and the site lists office hours on weekdays. A general email, two phone numbers and a Pioneer Centre office are published, and the footer shows a 2026 copyright. Ask which products are stocked locally.

5. Advance Storage

Advance Storage lists heavy-duty racks, medium-duty racks, light-duty shelves, mobile shelving, customised racks and accessories on its website, along with an online shop for smaller items. Its product pages go into platforms in more detail. The rack-supported platform page says access is by a structural steel staircase, loading gates can be added, and decking can be plywood or steel grating. It also lists standalone mezzanine platforms and a hybrid mezzanine racking option, and describes services from consultation and design through installation and maintenance. Enquiries can be made through a contact page, an enquiry button or a WhatsApp link. The footer shows a 2026 copyright, but the site names no neighbourhood or email, so confirm the site-visit process and what maintenance covers.

6. Aracking & Shelving Solutions

Aracking & Shelving Solutions describes itself as a home-grown company with its own factory and almost thirty years in the metal industry. Its website lists platform and mezzanine racking, warehouse racking in heavy-duty, selective pallet, medium-duty and long-span forms, cantilever racking and general warehouse equipment. It also covers storeroom racking for HDB and bomb shelter spaces, in boltless and rivet types, and a section for used heavy-duty racking and clearance stock, for tighter budgets. One of its pages describes a rack-supported mezzanine as free-standing and dismantlable for relocation, which is the firm's own claim to check against your lease. A Woodlands Industrial Park address, two phone numbers, an email and a contact page are published, and the footer shows a 2026 copyright.

How to choose

  • Start with the load, not the catalogue. Write down pallet weight, pallet dimensions, the heaviest item per shelf and your clear ceiling height, then ask each supplier to quote against those figures. A rack sold without stated per-level and per-bay capacity in writing is hard to compare, and hard to use safely later.
  • Match the rack type to how you move stock. Selective racking gives every pallet direct access, while drive-in and push-back systems trade access for density, and narrow-aisle layouts depend on your forklift. Tell the supplier which handling equipment you run so the aisle widths and heights it proposes actually work in your unit.
  • Ask what the supplier handles for mezzanines. A raised platform can involve structural checks, fire-safety provisions, landlord consent and authority submissions. Ask each firm what approvals and engineering sign-off it says it coordinates, who pays for them, and request the paperwork in writing rather than relying on a verbal assurance.
  • Compare scope, not just the headline quote. Check whether the figure covers site measurement, delivery, installation, accessories such as decking and column guards, and later rack checks or maintenance. Ask whether stock is held locally or made to order, since lead times differ, and whether new, refurbished or used racking is on offer.
  • Check the company before you pay. Look for a working contact route, ask for photos or references of comparable projects, and confirm what any bizSAFE, engineering or similar wording on the site actually covers with the issuing body. Put quantities, delivery dates and warranty terms into a written quotation, and compare at least three before choosing.
