A product can look polished and still lose users at the first confusing screen, which is the problem UX and product design agencies exist to solve. The seven Singapore firms below each publish a dedicated UX or UI design offer covering some mix of user research, wireframing, prototyping and interface design for websites and apps. We describe each one using what its own website says, so treat the write-ups as a starting point rather than a verdict. Compare how each handles research, testing and handover, ask to see relevant case studies, and read our guides to web design agencies and app developers if you also need the build.

1. Epitomist

Epitomist describes itself as an Asia-focused UX agency headquartered in Singapore, and its homepage says it has more than ten years of experience delivering UX services across major Asian cities. The site groups its work into UX research, usability testing, UI and UX design, web and app design, and development. Research offerings it lists run from concept testing and heuristic evaluation to usability testing, including remote moderated and unmoderated sessions. Its pitch is localising UX strategy for different Asian markets, which may suit teams launching across several countries rather than one. The contact page lists a head office at Paya Lebar Square and weekday business hours, and the firm presents itself as a UX specialist more than a general creative shop.

2. 55 Minutes

55 Minutes is a Singapore studio that calls itself a people-first design agency, and its site frames the work around human-centred, inclusive design for products, services and experiences. The services it lists are UX research and competitive analysis, data-informed product design, human-centred branding and design thinking workshops. It names edtech and startup clients such as SmartJen and HeyHi among those it has worked with. One distinctive initiative on its site is a panel of persons with disabilities being built for user research and accessibility testing in Singapore, which could appeal to teams that care about inclusive interfaces. The studio explains its name through the idea of spending time on the problem before designing the solution, and it lists a River Valley Road address.

3. Think Design

Think Design presents itself as an experience design consultancy and, according to its site, is part of the Havas group. Its Singapore page says the local studio works as a regional hub serving clients across Southeast Asia, from an office listed at Havas Village on Robinson Road. Services it lists include UI and UX design, user research, service design, data visualisation and digital product development. It describes a three-stage method of insight, strategy and design, ending in interfaces and design systems ready for developers. The site says its team spans studios in India and Singapore and names clients across banking, healthcare and enterprise technology. Its homepage carries news dated 2026, and larger organisations with multi-market projects may find it relevant.

4. Creativeans

Creativeans is a Singapore-based brand and design consultancy that also runs a dedicated UI and UX design service. Its UI/UX page describes a five-phase process: user-centred analysis, wireframe design, UI and UX design, digital prototyping, and web and app development. The firm says it holds a Certified Usability Analyst credential and lists recognition from third-party directories, which we have not independently checked. Its wider offer covers brand strategy, identity and packaging, so it can suit companies that want interface work to match a rebrand rather than stand alone. The site also promotes Enterprise Development Grant support for eligible projects, so ask the firm whether your project would qualify before relying on that. It names offices in Singapore, Jakarta and Milan.

5. Zensite

Zensite is a UI and UX design agency that lists a Singapore office on Circular Road alongside one in Kuala Lumpur. Its homepage describes combining research, design and Webflow development, and the services it lists include website and mobile app design, UX research, design systems and design for Web3 products. The site says clients have included PropertyGuru, Pop Meals and Asia School of Business, spanning property, food delivery and education. Its blog carries posts from 2025 and 2026 on UX, Webflow and AI design, which suggests the firm is still publishing. The agency describes defined project scopes with regular stakeholder reviews, a structure that may help startups and small teams who want predictable checkpoints and a design handover they can build from.

6. Codigo

Codigo is better known as a software and app builder, but its site lists User Experience as a core service and writes about it in some detail. It says it takes user research, competitive analysis, wireframes, user flows and content maps seriously, and describes a four-stage approach of understanding, exploring, constructing and validating, which ends with user testing. The Singapore address it publishes is at Midview City in Sin Ming. Because the same company also builds mobile and web products, it may suit teams who want design and engineering handled together rather than handing a design file to a separate developer. Codigo also appears in our app developers guide, so this entry focuses only on its UX offering and what its site says about it.

7. Verz Design

Verz Design is a Singapore web and digital agency that publishes a separate UX research and consulting page, and that page is what earns it a place here. It says the service focuses on understanding user behaviour and validating design solutions before they are built. Research methods it lists include contextual interviews, observation, surveys and web analytics, and it mentions UX strategists defining project objectives, heuristic evaluations and UX validation of front-end work. The page also says the firm offers one-time UX and usability consultations, which may suit a team that needs a single audit rather than a long retainer. The site lists an office at HH@Kallang. Verz also appears in our web design agencies guide, which covers its wider website work.

How to choose

  • Decide whether you need research, interface design or both. Some firms on this list lead with user research and usability testing, while others lean towards visual UI work and build. Write down your core problem first, such as drop-off at checkout or a confusing onboarding flow, and ask each agency how it would investigate that specific issue.
  • Ask how testing happens and who the participants are. Moderated sessions, remote studies and heuristic reviews answer different questions, and recruiting people who resemble your real customers matters more than the method. Request a sample research report or case study so you can see what a deliverable actually looks like before committing.
  • Check what you receive at handover. Useful deliverables include annotated wireframes, clickable prototypes, a component library or design system, and developer-ready specifications. Confirm file formats, who owns the source files, and whether the agency will support your developers while they build, since design intent often gets lost in translation.
  • Look for relevant experience without assuming it guarantees results. An agency that has designed fintech, healthcare or marketplace products may understand your constraints faster, but its own site is marketing. Ask for references you can contact, and check whether the people who pitched are the same people who will do the work.
  • Be clear about grants and scope. Some Singapore agencies mention government funding support, but eligibility depends on the grant scheme, the vendor and your company, so check the official agency terms yourself. Agree deliverables, review rounds and timelines in writing, and ask how changes after sign-off are handled and billed.
