AI image by LocalRankListing photos are usually the first thing a buyer or tenant sees, so agents, landlords and owners often hire a photographer rather than shoot with a phone. This page covers seven Singapore studios and photographers whose own sites describe property or interior work, from HDB flats and condos to landed homes and commercial units. Each write-up is based on what the business publishes, attributed to it, and we do not quote prices because most work is quoted per property. Use the list to shortlist two or three, ask each for samples of the property type you own, and compare what a quote actually includes before booking.
1. Skai Chan Photography
Skai Chan Photography is a Singapore photographer whose dedicated real estate page lists property listing photography for apartments, condos, HDB flats and landed homes, covering interiors and exteriors. The site also describes commercial property work, such as offices, retail units, restaurants and clinics, plus photography for property websites, brochures and social media. Two less common services are shots of a neighbourhood's surroundings and a documentation shoot before a move or renovation. According to the page, clients start with a contact form that prepares a WhatsApp enquiry, and the photographer asks for the latest floor plan before a booking. Its footer shows a 2012 to 2026 copyright range, so the site appears to be actively maintained. Check its booking process page for current details.

2. KOMA Productions
KOMA Productions is a photography and videography company whose real estate page says it serves developers, architects, designers and real estate agencies. It lists HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes, commercial properties, show units and renovation projects as the spaces it shoots. The services it names include home and interior photography, architecture and exterior showcase shots, cinematic home tours, 360 degree walkthroughs, real estate marketing videos, social media content and aerial drone work. That makes it a fit if you want stills and a video tour from a single crew. The site offers a free quotation request and states that it travels across Singapore. Its footer, dated 2026, describes the company as part of GOVIRAL GLOBAL.
3. GradePixel
GradePixel is a Singapore photography and video studio whose real estate page, dated July 2026, is written mainly for property developers and interior designers. The page explains what it says a property session covers: wide-angle coverage of each room, detail shots of standout features, exterior and facade images, and twilight photography as an add-on. It also describes post-production such as perspective correction and exposure blending. It addresses both residential and commercial properties, as well as occupied homes, and it includes a section on how to prepare a property before the photographer arrives. The studio also lists product, food, fashion and video services, and offers an on-page chat and WhatsApp route for enquiries.
4. Dato Photograph
Dato Photograph is a general photography studio in Singapore with a separate real estate photography page. That page describes shoots of property interiors, exteriors, amenities and other features, and says the studio also offers virtual tour videography and aerial view shots. It presents the service as helping owners and agents show a property at its best, and it describes its approach in terms of lighting, flexibility around client requirements and equipment. The wider site covers corporate headshots, family, product and event work, which can suit a business that wants listing photos and agent portraits from one provider. The site lists a request-a-quote page along with email and WhatsApp contact options, and its footer shows 2025. Ask which services are included in a given quote.

5. Komo Social
Komo Social is a Singapore video production company that lists real estate videography and photography among its services. Its property page says it has worked with developers, agencies and property agents, and names office buildings, new launches, penthouses, bungalows, terraces and HDB flats as types of property it has filmed. Beyond a standard walkthrough, the page describes adding lifestyle footage of presenters enjoying nearby amenities, producing short clips designed for social media. It states that clients can book interior and exterior photography only, a full walkthrough video, or both. The site offers a free quotation form and a WhatsApp link for enquiries. It suits agents and developers who want video-led marketing alongside listing stills.

6. fewStones
fewStones is a Singapore video production agency that also sells property capture services, and its Matterport page presents 360 photos, 3D virtual tours and real estate photography together. The page says stills can be extracted from the Matterport scan at no extra charge, and that separate custom photography sessions are available. It also lists aerial drone photography as an additional service. This combination is useful if you want a navigable 3D tour for buyers or tenants and still images for portals from one visit. The company's site gives a footer range of 2011 to 2026, offers an instant quote form and a call-booking link, and publishes an office address in the Raffles Place area. This page overlaps with our 360 virtual tour list.

7. COCO Creative Studio
COCO Creative Studio is a larger Singapore production house, and its interior photography page is the relevant service here. The page covers residential interiors, commercial spaces such as offices, retail and hospitality venues, and architectural photography of building structures. It names real estate selling and listings among the uses for the images and lists real estate agents among the clients it targets, which makes it relevant to agents who want a polished look rather than a quick catalogue set. It is not a specialist listing shooter, so confirm how it handles HDB or condo turnaround. The studio also lists product, food, corporate and video services, and publishes an email address, phone number and WhatsApp link. This studio also appears on our product photography page.
How to choose
- Ask each photographer for samples of the same property type you own, whether that is an HDB flat, condo unit, landed house or shop. Layouts and light behave differently in each, and a portfolio full of showpiece homes says little about how a small resale unit will look on a listing portal.
- Get the scope in writing before you pay: how many edited images are delivered, whether exteriors, twilight, drone, video or a 360 tour are included, and how long delivery takes. Providers describe these as separate services on their own pages, so two quotes can look similar yet cover different work.
- Check the style of editing. Listing photos should show the home accurately, so look at samples for straightened lines, natural colour and realistic brightness rather than heavy processing. Ask what the photographer expects you to do beforehand, such as tidying rooms, switching lights on and clearing the main surfaces, so the shoot runs smoothly.
- Think about who will use the images. An agent may need pictures that fit property portals and social posts, while an owner may want a clean record before a sale or renovation. Ask about licensing, meaning whether you can reuse the files on your own website, brochures and later listings without extra fees.
- Confirm logistics before booking: how to request access to a vacant or tenanted unit, whether the photographer needs a floor plan, what happens if weather or a delayed handover affects the shoot, and how rescheduling works. Use the contact route each provider publishes, and keep the agreed details in a message thread you can refer back to.
