Straightening teeth is a long commitment, often 18 months or more, so the clinic and clinician matter as much as the appliance. This directory gathers ten established, currently-operating orthodontists in Singapore and dental clinics offering braces and Invisalign, each checked against its own website. It spans specialist orthodontist practices and dental groups whose dentists provide clear aligners, so treat it as a shortlist to compare rather than a ranking.

1. MyBracesClinic

MyBracesClinic is an orthodontist-led practice with clinics in Holland Village and Novena, and states that its care is delivered by a team of specialist orthodontists rather than general dentists. It offers orthodontic treatment for children and adults, including metal and ceramic braces, lingual (hidden) braces and Invisalign clear aligners, along with retainers and treatment coordinated with jaw surgery. The clinic says it has been an Invisalign Diamond provider since 2019.

2. Align Braces Clinic

Align Braces Clinic runs clinics at Plaza Singapura in Orchard and Parkway Parade in Marine Parade, and says its team includes specialist orthodontists holding a Master's degree in orthodontics alongside general dentists. Treatment options span metal and ceramic braces, Damon self-ligating braces, Invisalign clear aligners and retainers, with growth assessment for children and care for adults. It describes itself as a Platinum Elite Invisalign provider and uses an iTero intraoral scanner.

3. Just Braces

Just Braces, also known as Just Braces Dental Centre, is an orthodontics-focused clinic on Killiney Road near Somerset MRT, led by Dr Ang Poh Kang, whom the clinic describes as a MOH-accredited dental specialist in orthodontics. It provides metal, Damon, ceramic and lingual braces as well as Invisalign clear aligners for children, teenagers and adults. The practice says it has more than 20 years of orthodontic experience.

4. Alfred Cheng Orthodontic Clinic

Alfred Cheng Orthodontic Clinic is a specialist orthodontic practice at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Orchard, led by orthodontist Dr Alfred Cheng. It offers metal and ceramic braces, lingual (hidden) braces and clear aligners, together with early intervention for children and treatment coordinated with corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery, for patients from childhood through to adulthood.

5. Mount Elizabeth Orthodontic Clinic (MEOC)

Mount Elizabeth Orthodontic Clinic (MEOC) is a specialist orthodontic clinic at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Orchard, headed by orthodontist Dr Lim Hong Meng, and says it has practised there since 1997. Its treatments include metal and ceramic braces, lingual braces and Invisalign clear aligners, with early growth-modification treatment for children as well as care for adults.

6. About Braces

About Braces is an orthodontic clinic at Novena Specialist Center, led by Dr Stefan Vaz, who is described on the clinic's website as a Singapore Dental Council board-certified specialist in orthodontics. It offers metal braces, tooth-coloured ceramic braces and Invisalign clear aligners for adults and children. The clinic says it is one of the more prolific users of Invisalign in Singapore.

7. Specialist Dental Group

Specialist Dental Group is a long-standing multi-specialty dental practice with clinics at Mount Elizabeth Orchard and Gleneagles Medical Centre, providing orthodontics through its orthodontist, Dr Soh Shean Han. Braces and Invisalign clear aligners, including Invisalign Teen, are offered for children and adults alongside a broader range of dental specialties. The group says it has operated since 1979.

8. Neo Smiles Dental Studio

Neo Smiles Dental Studio has clinics in Bedok, Bishan and Serangoon and describes a team that includes orthodontic specialists, general dentists and oral and maxillofacial surgery practitioners. It provides metal and Damon braces, Invisalign, including Invisalign First for children, and other clear aligner systems, plus retainers, for both children and adults. The clinic says it holds Invisalign Diamond certification and is MOH-accredited for government dental subsidy schemes.

9. Royce Dental Group

Royce Dental Group is a large dental chain with clinics across the island, which makes it easy to find a branch nearby for the regular reviews that orthodontic treatment requires. The group says its braces and Invisalign treatment is provided by a pool of accredited dental practitioners that includes qualified orthodontists, and it offers clear aligners for children and adults. It describes itself as a Blue Diamond Invisalign provider and a digital practice using intraoral scanners.

10. Casa Dental

Casa Dental is a dental group with clinics in several heartland neighbourhoods that offers braces and Invisalign clear aligners, including Invisalign First for children, for both children and adults. The group states that its Invisalign treatment is carried out by dentists individually certified by Align Technology rather than by specialist orthodontists, and describes itself as a Black Diamond Invisalign provider accredited since 2010. That makes it an option for patients seeking clear-aligner treatment from experienced general dentists at neighbourhood clinics.

How to choose

  • Check who will actually do the treatment. In Singapore a specialist orthodontist has completed recognised postgraduate orthodontic training and sits on the Singapore Dental Council's register of specialists, while some clinics provide braces and aligners through general dentists. Both are permitted, so ask which applies and who will manage your case.
  • Ask about the full range of options. A clinic that offers metal, ceramic and lingual braces as well as clear aligners can match the appliance to your case rather than to what it happens to provide, so ask what each option would involve for your situation.
  • Get a written treatment plan and an itemised quote before you commit. Treatment runs over months or years, and consultations, X-rays, retainers and any refinement aligners are often billed separately, so confirm what is and isn't included and how payment is scheduled.
  • Factor in location and how often you must visit. You may need in-person reviews every few weeks for a year or more, so a clinic near home, school or work, or a group with a convenient branch, makes the commitment much easier to keep.
  • Ask about retention and aftercare. Teeth can shift once braces or aligners come off, so check which retainers are provided, whether they carry a separate cost, and how long follow-up care continues after active treatment ends.
