Vendor certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, AWS and Azure credentials, CISSP, CEH and ITIL are a common route into, or up within, an IT career. Singapore has no shortage of training centres preparing candidates for them, but their catalogues, delivery styles and partner arrangements differ. This guide covers eight providers whose own websites showed active 2026 course listings, noting which certification families each emphasises and where a provider itself states an authorised or partner relationship. We have left out fees and promotions because they change often. Always confirm the current schedule, exam arrangements and funding eligibility with the provider before you enrol or pay.

1. Trainocate Singapore

Trainocate's Singapore site says the company has championed continuing learning for about thirty years and describes itself as the Authorized Training Partner for vendors including AWS, Cisco, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Oracle, Red Hat and VMware. It lists cloud, DevOps, data, AI and security subjects, and a separate page for Cisco courses. Its About page also says it is an authorised testing centre for Kryterion, Pearson VUE and PSI, so some learners can arrange vendor exams through the same provider. The Singapore office is given as Fortune Centre on Middle Road. A natural shortlist choice for people who want vendor-aligned cloud or networking courses from a large provider, though partner statements here are the company's own. Ask which vendor programmes your target exam maps to.

2. ITEL Learning Systems

ITEL's site says it has spent over twenty years delivering vendor-authorised courses from providers such as Microsoft, EC-Council, Cisco, CompTIA and ITIL, and it describes itself as an SSG-appointed training provider. Its cybersecurity catalogue lists fifteen courses, among them CompTIA Security+, CySA+ and CASP+, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Network Defender and a CISSP-aligned information systems security course. Its homepage also shows Azure administrator training delivered live online, alongside face-to-face classroom courses. Several courses are tagged for SkillsFuture funding, which you should check against your own eligibility. The office is given as 111 Somerset. A good fit for security-minded learners who want CompTIA and EC-Council tracks side by side with a path towards CISSP.

3. Sapience Consulting

Sapience Consulting's site labels itself an Official Preferred Training Partner for ISC2 and says its instructors are accredited by ISC2 to teach the CISSP, CCSP and CGRC courses. Its menus also list a long ITIL programme, covering ITIL 4 Specialist modules and Version 5 courses, plus COBIT, DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile and PRINCE2 training. The course pages say physical and virtual sessions are available, with schedules running into 2027 for ITIL, and mention a complimentary refresher and post-course advisory support. The head office is given on Beach Road. It suits governance, security and service-management professionals who want ISC2 and ITIL preparation from one provider, rather than hardware or networking courses. Confirm funding and exam logistics before registering.

4. BridgingMinds Network

BridgingMinds says it was established in 2011 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Exclusive Networks. Its homepage lists popular certification courses including ITIL Foundation, PMP, CISSP, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacking. Its menus group them under ISC2, EC-Council, ISACA, CompTIA, CREST and ITIL, and the site also advertises guaranteed-to-run classes, part-time training and free refresher sessions. Many titles carry SkillsFuture tags. The training address is the Vanguard Campus in Kallang, with weekday office hours stated. This is a sound option for learners who want security and service-management certifications from a single catalogue and value part-time scheduling. Check the specific intake, class format and refresher terms with the provider, since those conditions can vary by course.

5. NUS-ISS

NUS-ISS, the National University of Singapore's Institute of Systems Science, states on its cybersecurity page that it is the ISC2 authorised official training partner in Singapore for CISSP, CCSP and CSSLP courses. It says its instructors have been through ISC2's authorisation process and that it provides official courseware. Corporate in-house classes are available on request, and its CCSP exam-only listing showed October 2026 sessions when we looked. It lists a cybersecurity training roadmap and stackable programmes beyond the ISC2 courses. The institute operates from a campus address on Heng Mui Keng Terrace. A strong choice for experienced professionals who want a university-linked provider for senior security credentials, though it is less of a fit for entry-level hardware or networking certifications. Check prerequisites first.

6. NTUC LearningHub

NTUC LearningHub's site lists IT courses and an e-shop with sections for ISC2, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL, EC-Council recertification, Microsoft and other certification bodies. Its CompTIA section shows exam vouchers for Network+, Security+, CySA+ and others, and its course listings include CompTIA Security+ and A+ labelled for SkillsFuture, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials and Architecting on AWS, and a Cisco CCNA programme. The company shows a PEI registration number on its pages. Its navigation points to classroom and e-learning formats, which vary by course. A well-known institution that suits learners who prefer a large provider with structured funding information and broad vendor coverage. Confirm which exact courses include an exam voucher, and which require you to buy one separately.

7. IT Enabler Singapore

IT Enabler markets itself as an instructor-led training provider for networking and infrastructure certifications. Its homepage lists Cisco CCNA and CCNP Enterprise courses, CompTIA Network+, Security+, CySA+ and Linux+, EC-Council tracks including CEH, AWS Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect, Oracle and ITIL, and it showed upcoming courses for October to December 2026. The site gives a Singapore address in the LTC Building and does not state any vendor partner status, so ask about it if exam-specific courseware matters to you. It suits learners who want a focused, classroom-style route into Cisco and CompTIA exams without a corporate-training feel. Request the syllabus, trainer background and class size before booking, and check how exam registration is handled.

8. Tertiary Courses

Tertiary Courses, the training arm of Tertiary Infotech Academy, lists a large catalogue of WSQ-tagged technology courses. Its pages include CompTIA Security+, CySA+, SecurityX and PenTest+, an ISC2 CISSP exam preparation course, a five-day CCNA course, and Azure titles such as DP-300 and AZ-400, with Google Cloud and Linux Foundation sections also visible. The CCNA page says classes can be physical, synchronous e-learning or on a company's premises, and showed dates from late 2026 into 2027. The venue is given as Woods Square in Woodlands. A practical pick for north-based learners and teams who want several certification tracks in one place, though the catalogue is broad and mixes AI and business topics, so filter carefully. Verify funding labels against your own eligibility.

How to choose

  • Start from the exact exam code, not the vendor name. A CompTIA Security+ class, a CCNA course and an AWS associate course prepare you for very different exams. Check each provider's course page for the certification it targets, whether the current exam version is covered, and whether the class is exam preparation or a broader introduction.
  • Treat partner status as a claim to verify. Where a provider says it is authorised, preferred or a testing centre, that wording comes from its own site. Ask for the vendor's partner locator or letter if official courseware matters to you, and ask what happens to your place if the vendor changes the syllabus mid-year.
  • Work out who pays for the exam. Some providers sell vouchers alongside courses, some leave registration to you with Pearson VUE or the vendor, and some list exam-only sessions. Ask whether the course fee covers one attempt, whether retakes are included, and what free refresher or post-class support you receive if you do not pass first time.
  • Check funding eligibility before you commit. Many listings carry SkillsFuture, WSQ or UTAP labels, but eligibility depends on citizenship, age, employment and the course code, and attendance and assessment conditions often apply. Confirm the current terms in writing and ask for the course reference so you can verify it on the official SkillsFuture course directory.
  • Match the format to your schedule and experience. Weekday classrooms suit focused study, while live online and part-time classes fit full-time jobs. Senior credentials such as CISSP and CCSP carry experience requirements, so read the prerequisites first. Ask about class size, lab access, trainer certifications and how many classes run as scheduled versus being cancelled.
