Fitting digital locks in Singapore usually means securing two openings at once, the wooden main door and the metal gate, and choosing between fingerprint, PIN, app, RFID and facial-recognition entry. The shops below span home-grown brands, multi-brand retailers and specialist installers, each checked against its own website. Treat it as a shortlist for getting quotes and confirming current models, installation and warranty, not a ranking.

1. igloohome

igloohome is a home-grown Singapore smart-lock maker (it says it is dual-headquartered in Singapore and Austin, Texas) that designs its own deadbolt, mortise, rim, gate and retrofit locks rather than reselling other brands. Its locks open by fingerprint, PIN, the iglooKey Bluetooth app or facial recognition through its Wink reader, and the company highlights an offline 'algoPIN' system that generates access codes without the lock needing an internet connection. Its Singapore store says door and gate locks come with installation, which suits owners who want a keyless main door and gate from a single in-house brand.

2. Kaadas Singapore

Kaadas is a specialist digital-lock brand whose Singapore arm sells and installs its own door and gate locks and says the brand is 'trusted by 6M+ homes' with over 30 years of expertise. Its locks offer fingerprint, PIN, app and Wi-Fi, facial-recognition, finger-vein, RFID-card and mechanical-key entry, and it sells synchronised door-and-gate bundles that unlock together. Kaadas Singapore states it provides delivery and installation and a two-year on-site warranty (with an optional extra year), and runs showrooms at NEX in Serangoon and at Woodlands.

3. My Digital Lock

My Digital Lock is a long-running retailer that calls itself Singapore's 'No.1' digital lock shop and says it was started in 2012. It carries locks under names including Lusano, Lenovo, Moorgen and EPIC, with entry by fingerprint, PIN, mobile app, face and palm-vein recognition and RFID card, and it sells combined door-and-gate packages. The company says it fields one of the largest installation operations in Singapore across many mall outlets plus a showroom in Yishun, with installation included and a 1+2-year warranty.

4. AN Digital Lock

AN Digital Lock is a multi-brand retailer and installer carrying digital locks from Aqara, EZVIZ, Hafele, igloohome, Kaadas, Philips, Samsung, Solity and Zigbang, so shoppers can compare several makers in one place. Depending on the model, its locks open by fingerprint, PIN, RFID card, Wi-Fi app or emergency key, and it puts together door-and-gate bundles aimed at BTO and resale homes. The company says installation takes about 60 to 180 minutes and offers up to three years' warranty, and it runs experience showrooms at Paya Lebar, Sembawang and Jurong.

5. Interlock

Interlock says it has specialised in door and gate locks since 2008 and sells both its own Interlock Mercury line and outside brands including Aqara, Gateman, Lockin, Solity and Samsung Zigbang. Across its range, locks open by fingerprint, PIN, RFID, facial recognition, palm-vein or a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi app, and it offers matched door-and-gate bundles fitted by its own installation team rather than by subcontractors. The company promotes a 30-day workmanship guarantee and a 'no-fit, no-fee' policy, and works by consultation rather than a walk-in showroom.

6. Go Digital Lock

Go Digital Lock is a Tampines-based specialist that carries a broad line-up including Xeno, Bosch, Hafele, Solity, Aqara, igloohome, Philips, Samsung, Zigbang and Kaadas locks. Its models offer fingerprint, PIN, app, facial-recognition and palm-vein entry, and it combines a digital door lock with a gate lock as a single keyless-entrance bundle. The company points to fire-rated lock options and references SCDF and SETSCO fire-testing, and says it offers fast, often next-day professional installation from its showroom at BHCC Space in Tampines North.

7. HOZ

HOZ is an online-focused digital lock retailer carrying brands such as Lockin, Zigbang, Hafele, igloohome, Philips and Aqara, most of them fingerprint- and app-enabled models. It bundles a door lock, gate lock and installation into a single package and says installation is included with every lock, backed by a two-year warranty alongside the manufacturer's own cover. The company describes a local team reachable over WhatsApp and says it has completed more than 10,000 installations, though it does not list a walk-in showroom.

8. Haven Digital Lock

Haven Digital Lock sells locks under the Haven and Hyundai brands and says it has served over 10,000 homeowners from its Ubi showroom. Its locks open by fingerprint, facial recognition, palm-vein or the mobile app, with a backup key and USB emergency power, and it offers matched gate-and-door bundles. The company says its warranties are among the longest available, three to five years' local parts cover including one year on-site for Haven locks and five years for Hyundai, with installation quoted at about 30 to 90 minutes.

9. SINGGATE

SINGGATE is the house digital-lock brand sold by Fullsmart, offering a large range of door locks and gate locks (its FR-series doors and RM- and FM-series gate locks) for HDB and condo entrances. Its locks feature fingerprint and finger-vein, PIN, 3D facial recognition, palm-vein and app control, with several models adding a built-in camera or video door-viewer plus emergency-key backup. The company sells door-and-gate bundles, says it provides an expert installation team and a two-year on-site warranty, and runs showrooms at Paya Lebar and at West Mall in Bukit Batok.

10. Eazea

Eazea is a home-grown retailer that describes itself as a premium partner for Samsung and Philips digital locks and the exclusive distributor of Midea's smart locks, alongside its own in-house range. Its locks support PIN, fingerprint, RFID card, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi app entry plus a mechanical-key backup, and it fits door and gate locks for HDB, condo and landed homes. The company says every lock comes with professional installation, 24/7 support and a two-year full warranty, sold from its showroom at UB.One in Ubi.

How to choose

  • Work out what you are locking first: HDB and many condo entrances have a wooden fire-rated main door plus a metal gate, and the models and mounting differ for each, so confirm the shop can fit both and that any main-door lock is rated for a fire-rated door.
  • Match the unlock methods to how your household actually enters: fingerprint and PIN suit children and helpers, an app adds remote access and one-time codes for visitors, and face or palm-vein is fastest hands-free, but check there is a mechanical-key or emergency-power backup for a flat battery.
  • Ask who installs and whether they measure on site first, because a lock fitted by the retailer's own team with a workmanship guarantee avoids finger-pointing between a separate supplier and installer if something needs adjusting later.
  • Read the warranty closely rather than the headline number: parts, labour and on-site service are often covered for different periods, so a '5-year' cover may include only one year on-site; get the terms, and what voids them, in writing.
  • For an app-connected lock, check whether it still works offline, how visitor codes are issued and where your data is stored, and avoid paying for features such as a camera, video call or Wi-Fi that you will not use; confirm the final quote names the exact model so you can compare like for like.
