Putting a coffee machine in an office or cafe raises the same questions every time: rent, lease or buy, who services it when it breaks, and whether beans must come from the same supplier. This guide lists eight Singapore companies that publish coffee machine rental, leasing or supply services on their own websites. Each write-up reports what the company says it offers, not a judgement of quality, and every site was checked for signs of activity in 2025 or 2026. Use the list to shortlist two or three suppliers, ask each for a written quote, and compare terms rather than headline prices. Prices are not shown because the companies publish them on request.

1. Alliance Coffee Solutions

Alliance Coffee Solutions describes itself as a commercial coffee equipment supplier and office coffee service provider for offices, hospitals, hotels and cafes. Its site lists equipment leasing, installation, preventive maintenance and workplace coffee programmes that include beans, consumables and cleaning supplies. A dedicated rental page says plans can cover bean-to-cup machines, capsule systems and traditional espresso machines, that maintenance is part of every rental plan, and that terms run from six months to several years. It also says customers can upgrade to larger machines as needs grow. The company states islandwide coverage and takes enquiries by email or by phone on weekdays. It suits an SME that wants one supplier for machine, beans and servicing, though quotes should be requested in writing before comparing.

2. 7 Grams Coffee

7 Grams Coffee runs a Singapore arm alongside offices in Australia and New Zealand, and its Singapore site focuses on office coffee machines paired with freshly roasted beans. It says customers can buy, rent or lease, and describes no-lock-in contract options, free servicing and a free trial, all as its own terms to confirm in writing. Its homepage groups machine packages by headcount, from up to 70 employees to more than 120, and lists installation, maintenance, repairs and bean delivery across Singapore. Its Singapore contact page lists a Raffles Place office that receives visitors by appointment on weekdays. Worth a call for offices that want a trial before committing, with bean supply bundled into the arrangement.

3. Corporate Coffee Solutions

Corporate Coffee Solutions presents itself as a provider of office coffee machines and pantry coffee supplies for small businesses, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces and hospitality venues. Its homepage lists automatic espresso, semi-automatic espresso, capsule and filter systems, and says customers can hire or purchase. It states that installation, on-site training and technical support come with its machines, and that a replacement machine is provided if one cannot be repaired. The site also says it supplies freshly roasted beans delivered to the office, and its FAQ section mentions Puro Fairtrade coffee. The Singapore office is listed in the Bukit Batok industrial area, and there is a WhatsApp link alongside the phone and email details. A reasonable pick for offices comparing hire against purchase with one adviser.

4. Cowpresso Coffee Roasters

Cowpresso Coffee Roasters is a Singapore roaster and espresso equipment retailer whose rental page covers automatic bean-to-cup machines for food businesses, offices and home studios. The page says rental includes installation, servicing, maintenance and a one-for-one replacement if a machine goes down, and that delivery and collection are free for larger models. It describes a low monthly machine fee tied to a condition that customers buy a set quantity of its beans, with three grades to choose from, so the bean commitment is the term to clarify before signing. Its site also lists commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewing gear and classes, and mentions a cafe in Bukit Timah. Enquiries go by email or WhatsApp using the details printed on the rental page.

5. Avanti Espresso (East-West International Food)

Avanti Espresso is the coffee trade arm of East-West International Food, and its site describes a Singapore coffee bean and coffee machine supplier serving cafes, restaurants and offices since 1978. It says it offers both purchase and rental routes for commercial espresso equipment and that it has distributed and serviced FAEMA espresso machines for 34 years. A 2026 article on its site walks through what a rental typically bundles and what to ask about bean minimums, and the team also lists wholesale beans, barista training and technical support. Its office sits in an industrial building near Ubi, with weekday opening hours printed on the page. It looks geared more to cafes and food businesses than a single office pantry, so state your volumes.

6. Veloci Coffee

Veloci Coffee is the trading name of Pitti Caffe Asia, and its site positions the business around workplace beverage solutions. The homepage lists coffee machine rental, machines for purchase, repair and maintenance, and coffee and beverage consumables, with a separate page for short-term event rental. It describes user-friendly fully automatic machines, Italian roasted beans, customised calibration and rental packages that can be adjusted to the customer, and it makes its own claims about years in business and customers served, which are its statements. It also operates Veloci Academy, which runs coffee courses. The office is listed in Ang Mo Kio, with a WhatsApp link on the page. Useful for offices that also want repair cover and beverage mixes from the same supplier.

7. Daiohs Singapore

Daiohs Singapore says it is a Singapore-based provider of office coffee and workplace beverage services, established in 2014 and drawing on the experience of its parent group, Daiohs Corporation. Its site lists coffee machine rental and leasing alongside coffee supplies, tea, drinking water and air purification, with installation, regular replenishment, cleaning, maintenance and repair described as part of the service. A guide on the site, dated May 2026, explains how it frames rental against purchase and says repairs are the provider's responsibility under a rental. Named machine ranges on the site include Mione, Krea Touch and Concerto Touch. The company lists a Henderson Road office, with phone, email and a WhatsApp chat button. Suits facilities teams wanting coffee, water and tea managed together.

8. CoffeeBot Singapore

CoffeeBot Singapore says it was established in 2017 and supplies digital, freshly brewed coffee machines to offices, hospitals, hotels, transport hubs and events. Its office page describes renting or leasing a machine for company use, with free machine rental, maintenance and service stated as part of the offer, and a menu that includes both coffee and non-coffee drinks. The site separates its office coffee solution from hotel, restaurant and cafe coffee solutions, hospital coffee solutions, event rental and a vending machine service, so say which route you need when you enquire. The Singapore company lists a Kallang Bahru office, with a phone number, a WhatsApp link and an email address. This is the vending-style option on the list rather than a traditional rental.

How to choose

  • Ask whether the monthly fee depends on a minimum bean purchase. Some suppliers tie a very low machine fee to a monthly bean quantity, and the fee can change if you buy less. Get the quantity, the bean grades and the shortfall terms in writing before you compare quotes.
  • Match the machine to headcount and peak times rather than the total daily cup count. A bean-to-cup unit that suits a small team can queue badly at morning rush. Tell each supplier your staff numbers and the busiest hour, and ask which model they recommend and why.
  • Clarify what servicing covers. Ask how often preventive visits happen, how quickly a breakdown is attended to, whether parts and labour are included, and whether a loan or replacement machine is supplied while yours is repaired. Written response commitments are more useful than general promises on a website.
  • Check the contract mechanics. Look at the minimum term, notice period, early-termination charges, and whether you can upgrade or downgrade the machine. A no-lock-in claim on a website should be matched by the actual agreement, so read the paperwork rather than relying on a sales call.
  • Think about consumables and who delivers them. Beans, milk powder or fridge-milk options, cups and cleaning tablets add to running costs. Ask whether delivery is included, whether you can choose your own beans, and whether a free trial of the machine is offered before committing.
