Back pain, stiff necks and desk-bound posture send plenty of people looking for help, and there are chiropractors in Singapore to suit very different preferences. This guide gathers ten established, currently-operating chiropractic clinics, from islandwide groups to boutique and exercise-based practices. Each was checked against its own website, so treat it as a shortlist to compare rather than a ranking of clinical quality.

1. Healing Hands Chiropractic

Healing Hands is one of Singapore's larger chiropractic groups, with neighbourhood clinics across the island including Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Buona Vista, City Hall, Hougang, Jurong East, Paya Lebar and Yishun. It offers chiropractic adjustments alongside stretch therapy and shockwave therapy, and says it treats concerns such as neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, sciatica, headaches and sports injuries. The group says it has cared for patients in Singapore for more than 16 years.

2. Total Health Chiropractic

Total Health Chiropractic runs a network of clinics in the CBD, Clementi, Paya Lebar, Somerset, Tampines and Toa Payoh, and says it has served patients in Singapore for over 16 years. Its chiropractors focus on spinal and joint concerns such as back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, slipped discs and posture correction, and the clinic also offers spinal decompression therapy and postnatal care. The spread of branches makes it easy to find a location near home or work.

3. True Chiropractic

True Chiropractic is a multi-location group with clinics in areas including Ang Mo Kio, Bukit Timah, Orchard and Tanjong Pagar. Alongside chiropractic adjustments it lists services such as spinal decompression, functional rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, dry needling and custom orthotics, and describes an approach that combines several rehabilitation and wellness methods. The branches are spread across the island, which makes it easier to find one within reach.

4. Chiropractic Singapore

Chiropractic Singapore operates from mall locations at Orchard (Tang Plaza), Tampines Hub, Woodlands, The Woodleigh Mall and Jurong East, most of them easy to reach by MRT. The clinic focuses on spinal health and posture, and says it addresses concerns such as back and neck pain, sciatica, migraines, arthritis and pregnancy-related discomfort, offering assessment and personalised care plans. It says it has served patients here for around 18 years.

5. One Spine Chiropractic

One Spine Chiropractic has neighbourhood clinics in Clementi, Bedok and Bishan. It offers chiropractic adjustments and spinal manipulation together with trigger point and manual therapy, spinal decompression and shockwave therapy, and says it cares for concerns ranging from headaches and neck pain to lower back pain, scoliosis, disc issues and sports injuries. The clinic emphasises personalised, non-invasive treatment plans.

6. Live Well Chiropractic

Live Well Chiropractic runs heartland clinics in Sengkang, Bedok, Potong Pasir and Toa Payoh. Its services include chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, functional rehabilitation and prenatal care using the Webster Technique, and it says it treats issues such as neck and back pain, headaches, pinched nerves and scoliosis. The clinic says a first visit combines a consultation, postural assessment and treatment in one appointment.

7. Elite Spine Centres

Elite Spine Centres is a doctor-led chiropractic clinic at Parkview Square near Bugis, founded by chiropractor Dr Michael Bryant. It offers chiropractic adjustments alongside osteopathy, spinal decompression, laser and shockwave therapy, myofascial release and rehabilitative exercise, and says it focuses on chronic spine and joint conditions such as slipped discs, sciatica and scoliosis. The clinic describes its approach as non-surgical and multidisciplinary.

8. Chirotherapy

Chirotherapy has clinics at Fortune Centre near Bugis and at International Building on Orchard Road, with a team of several chiropractors. It offers chiropractic adjustment and traction, pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic care, and soft-tissue injury recovery, and says it takes a holistic approach to posture correction and pain relief. It also runs a corporate wellness programme for workplaces.

9. Square One Active Recovery

Square One Active Recovery, in Hong Lim Complex near Chinatown, takes an exercise-based approach and states that it does not use the traditional crack-and-pop spinal manipulation. Founded by Jesse Cai, it combines chiropractic rehabilitation with clinical Pilates, biomechanical assessment and personal training, and says it aims to help patients become independent of ongoing treatment rather than sell long-term maintenance packages. It is a distinctive option for those who prefer active rehab over manual adjustments.

10. Dr. Chiro

Dr. Chiro is a boutique clinic on Blair Road in the Tanjong Pagar area, led by chiropractor Dr Nicholas Lim, who the site says trained at Palmer College in the United States. It offers drug-free, non-invasive chiropractic care, including upper-cervical and cranial techniques, for concerns such as headaches, neck and back pain, sciatica, posture and scoliosis. The clinic notes that chiropractic is not a medical qualification and advises seeing a doctor about health concerns.

How to choose

  • Start with location and opening hours. Many clinics run several branches, so pick one you can reach easily from home or work, and check evening and weekend availability before you book.
  • Ask about the approach. Some clinics rely on manual spinal adjustments while others emphasise exercise-based rehabilitation, decompression or soft-tissue therapy, so choose a style you are comfortable with and raise any concerns about specific techniques up front.
  • Check the chiropractor's background. Chiropractors are not licensed the way doctors are in Singapore, so ask where the practitioner trained and whether they belong to a professional body such as the Chiropractic Association (Singapore).
  • Understand the assessment and plan. A thorough first visit should include a proper history and physical or postural assessment, a clear explanation of what is proposed, and an honest sense of how many sessions may be involved.
  • Confirm costs and avoid pressure. Ask the price of consultations and treatments before starting, be cautious about long prepaid packages, and see a doctor first if you have red-flag symptoms such as severe or worsening pain, numbness or weakness.
