For business owners

Claim your business

Keep your listing accurate: opening hours, contact details, services and prices. Claiming is free, and it does not change where you appear in any ranking.

Claims are tied to an account so we can verify who is making them and contact you about it.

What claiming gets you

Keep hours, contact details and services current.
Suggest corrections to factual details.
Reply publicly, labelled as the business, to feedback and discussions about it.
Report abusive content through the normal report flow.
See how many people viewed your profile and clicked through.

What it does not get you

Claiming does not change your ranking position, remove a competitor, or edit, hide or delete anyone’s feedback. It is free and cannot be bought: access is granted on evidence only. Advertising changes none of this either. Our advertising policy sets out the boundary.

Verification

A person reviews every claim. We may ask for evidence that you represent the business — an email address at its domain, a listed phone number, or documentation. Access is never granted automatically, and an email address at the business’s domain is a hint for the reviewer rather than proof.
